Official Survivor China Thread~~~ **Spoilers Inside**

Hey Amy, I joined your League, but now can't get logged in (my computer crashed). Anyway, so I have them send me my user name, which they did and when I log it, it says I am not on a team. SO, I am thinking that I must have made a new one, to join yours. I had no idea I even had that other one. Is there anyway for you to see what my user name is??

It looks like your team/user name is MMDisLuver, and you've got Erik, AManda, James and Denise on your team. Does that help?

Don't see here if the shoe thing from week 1 was ever answered.

On my closed captioning, Jeff said "and you all get to keep your running shoes" or something like that. (it has been a week) I think they gave them all shoes so they could do the competition (can't have them all bare foot or running in heels).

ETA ~ Never mind, I missed where the questioning was them wearing them before the challenge.

If this season is anything like the past ones, Erik, Sheria, James, and the lunch lady should last a long time. They normally don't talk to the people who last for the first few episodes. While I don't mind Erik and James lasting that long without some new clothes, I wish they would have a challenge where the lunch lady and Sheria would get something so we don't have to see them in their underwear ever again.

I wish they'd give them some clothes too.

So Ladies does this desire to have them wear more clothes apply to James also?

I agree with the above posters. The next reward challenge needs to be for some practical clothes from their suitcases. It is just nasty how they are running around in their underwear all the time and then in that challenge they were pulling each others "clothes" off, a bit unnecessary I think.

I was glad that Ashley got voted off. She was a whiner and was causing a lot of tension at the camp. Hopefully Dave gets his act together and realizes that his attitude is causing some discontent otherwise he will be out quickly as well.

Leslie sure is one trusting lady telling what's his name about the immunity idol. No way would I have done that. She didn't even look for it that long before going to somebody else to help look. Hopefully that choice will not come back to haunt her as she does seem like a very nice lady.

I'm saying it first--my money is on the immunity idol being the copy of "The Art of War" they were given at the temple. They keep quoting from it.

I think Leslie was foolish to tell the clue. It does seem like Todd is a good player/schemer, though. I'm not sure I like him, but he's interesting to watch. Not in the same way as James, though.

BTW, if James DOES win some clothes, he can always give them to Jean-Robert. Please. I'm begging here! I think J-R is an idiot. And I'd rather see less of him, one way or another.

.

I thought it was that thing they showed after they were talking about the idol..the square thing.

I thought so too. It seems to be some type of plaque on the gate they have at each camp.

OK folks, if any of you get chosen for Survivor, you wear double layers at all times until they take your stuff from you. Wear a hat, wear zip off pants with the legs in your pockets, wear a bathing suit under your clothes and a long sleeved shirt with tie up sleeves and a belt you can use to tie things with. I might even wear underwear under or over my bathing suit-which would be a one piece suit, btw. The belt would be totally useful for holding on to things, dragging things or keeping things together if you had to carry supplies.

I mean are these people thinking or what? None of them seem like people who went prepared to 'survive' to me. I'm the ultimate girl scout. I'm practically prepared for anything at any time.

The only thing I can think of is that they lied to them about when it was going to start bc otherwise why would you not go prepared:confused3 , I mean from the minute they had everyone jump off the ship in that one episode, I wouldnt believe a thing the producer told me.

This is what I thought at first, too, until Leslie got the clue saying the immunity idol was in plain sight and then right away they cut to a shot of that plaque/symbol on the gate at the camp. And even after Leslie told Todd about the clue to the immunity idol, they also showed that plaque thing again.

I thought it was that thing they showed after they were talking about the idol..the square thing.
::yes:: ::yes::

Subscribing! I really like Leslie, but she shouldn't have confided in anyone--search for it yourself. She gave away her leverage. I was hoping she and James would work together...

Yeah, I saw that square thing they kept showing, I just thought that would be a little to obvious (to the viewers). In past seasons, we've had no idea what the immunity idol looked like until someone found it. The square thing also looked like it was carved into the beam--it may not be, though. My money's still on the book/scroll. After all, when was the last time they handed them any type of instruction book?

True. Maybe if the "Art of War" scroll isn't the immunity idol itself, it might contain some kind of clue that'll give an advantage in a future challenge. There has to be some reason they gave it to the survivors, and they had to figure that there would be on tribe that'll read the whole thing and a tribe that'll blow it off. Wouldn't it be cool if it said something like "if your tribe loses an immunity challenge and you've read this far, all you have to do is [fill in the blank] and the OTHER tribe will have to go to tribal council."

And then again, maybe I'm over-thinking this whole thing.:rolleyes1

OK, I ended up finding this, by having them email me my user name and password, but when I go there, it shows me with nothing, part of no teams, etc. UGH!
