Official Survivor China Thread~~~ **Spoilers Inside**

I couldn't stand that Chicken guy form the momnent he opened his mouth. He talked like he had rocks in his mouth, couldn't understand a word he was mumbling and his voice was like nails on a blackboard! The girl from NY I didn't care for from the second she opened her mouth- I am from NY but what the heck was up with the "oh I am so special I am from NY" attitude????

You must not be around old redneck farmers very much, huh? :rotfl2: Even though he's from Virginia and I'm from PA, I know lots and lots of old farmers just like him.

Is it me or were there a large number of whiners so far? I mean, I'm from New York but there are many, many places out there that are interesting if you give them a chance! Seems like some of the ladies are clueless, I mean more than usual. And who had a sale on implants?

I want to slap the girl from NY.

JAMES,JAMES,JAMES:thumbsup2

I don't care what they do this season. As long as I get to see that delicious looking, man each week I'll be happy.:cloud9: :cloud9:

Pure perfection.

Piegh-Gee - does she remind anybody else of Lillian(?) - the architect from the last Survivor who got voted off because she was too bossy?

Yep. I thought the same thing when I saw how she was acting!

I'm going out on a big, BIG limb here and picking Todd to win it all. :thumbsup2

I'm sure this has been mentioned a ba-zillion times....but, in regards to building a shelter.....have not some of these folks EVER watched SurvivorMan or Man Vs Wild?....:confused3

James' muscles had muscles. Reminded me of the guy from The Green Mile.

I liked the other guy on his tribe with the smile...Aaron, maybe?

On the tribe that went to tribal, I don't like PeeGee (or PeeWee, as we're calling her) or the former model guy. He seems to cocky.

The Gwen Stefani wannabe really irritated me. Did she not realize she was going to be living with and depending on strangers?

Who goes to Survivor not wearing a bra? Or wearing a dress and heels. Dumb-butts.

That lunch lady needs to put her pants back on.

The Gwen Stefani wanna-be bothered me too. She was so disrespectul. I wanted that tribe to lose just so she would get kicked out. I think the Christian radio lady overreacted. How would she feel if someone ran out of her church like that in the middle of a service? You don't have to believe as they do, you just have to respect them. And yes, they all were stupid to not dress more appropriately. It's like none of them have ever seen the show before. If I thought I was going on the show, I'd wear two pairs of underwear and the worlds best bra the minute I hit that plane to go to the show.

I have to disagree. I'm proud that she stood up for her beliefs. I felt uncomfortable watching from my couch. If I would have been in her shoes, I would have left also...if I even went in the temple to begin with.

Good first episode, and really like the China location.

Had "draft" with family of the 15 remaining where we each picked three for best to make final.. with me sponsoring prizes for final three. Was too funny, as the LAST two picked were my two picked from hat at work for our paid pool there... ack!!! :)

You can show respect for other's beliefs without taking part in them.

As a happily married woman and a mom, I just want to say one thing about James: Hubba, Hubba! :woohoo: ;)

Talk about strong and silent!:flower3:

Just wondering if any of these people ever saw a previous episode of Survivor? Who goes to the big opening meeting wearing dress clothes? d-oh! They always get taken directly to the island or whatever from there. Sheesh!
If it was me, I'd have been wearing my swimsuit underneath shorts, under a skirt, with a (bra-included) tank top under a long-sleeved shirt and my Tevas.

Also, I think that Todd used to work for Independence Airlines: DH and I both swear that we were on one of his flights to MCO in 2005. (We remember he was kind of funny doing the "I'm so bored and I know this looks stupid" safety briefing.

And, oh yeah, James is a whole big bunch of "getcha some!". :thumbsup2

Would it be wrong If I said I wanted to slap Courtney?

I agree. I thought it was very respectful for her to leave if she felt uncomfortable. A lot better then that NYC girl rolling her eyes the whole time, now that was disrespectful.

James-wow, that man has some muscles. I'm hoping that James and Leslie form an alliance. I thought it was really sweet when she was giving him conversation starter tips and told him to just be himself.

The "Gwen Stefani" wannabe...how will she ever survive out there? I can't believe how ghastly thin (and pale:scared: )she is! There isn't an ounce of meat on her body

Once again....James is just yummy! Hope he stays around for awhile!

hehehe...you would think as many times as survivor has just thrown them out into the wild that they would get a clue, the second I was on my way I would be dressed to do battle, forget heels, no way would I be caught off guard. Some of them are just basicly running around in their underwear...

I agree with you 100%! On everything.

Also, If I were selected to be on Survivor, I think I might just learn some basic survival skils like rowing a boat/canoe, starting a fire, or building a shelter. Geesh. Every year, they get these imbeciles that don't have a freaking clue. I mean seriously. How could you not know how to row a boat!?! I will never forget a couple seasons ago, when the tiebreaker at immunity council was to build a fire. The 2 women(I forget their names) had been on that island for over a month and could not build a fire(even with matches). Incredible!

ETA: I know earlier in this thread there was some speculation that Denise(mullet lady) may be homosexual. According to this profile on suvivorforum.net, she and her husband have been married for 16 years and have 3 daughters. http://www.survivorfever.net/s15_denise_martin.html Just wanted to clear that up.
