This is non-SW related, but hopefully ok to post. 7 dwarfs mine train is now open for booking FP's. I got mine for May 28 this morning using the computer.

Best I could do....it's the area in black sharpee, in front of the stage. It is NOT the sitting area in front of Mim and Bills with the tables and chairs.

Thanks Yulilin for the pictures, and this is exactly how I suspected it would go... When you see how DEEP the area is that they are going to fit 200 of us you just know you still need to get there relatively early so you can get towards the front, otherwise you will be standing behind a ton of people!

So, I'm trolling everyday for Mine Train FP, now I've got to start trolling for SWW FP too?

Ok, so I got my Mine Train FP this morning, but still no SWW FP . Still trolling.

BTW, I think this is the first time I've quoted myself, huh.

Good morning all!

I realize there is a thread for this and I have been stalking it constantly, and I hope my posting this here doesn't upset anyone... I am in need of 1 slot for the Feel the Force package on May 16th. I was able to get 2 for my DH and DS4 but not for myself. Of course I would love to join them if it becomes possible. If you happen to have one for that day that you will cancel, please contact me. I would appreciate it so much. If it doesn't end up working out, then so be it and I will be thrilled to make them happy!

Yes it's the same area...I don't think the trees would be such a big issue...and the fireworks will be seen mostly to the left of the Hat. But, yeah, it wouldn't be my first, second or third choice to see the fireworks
I guess we all have to just wait for the first Friday report

Me too! I'm glad we have a good shaded area and a good spot for fireworks. The desert party is just an added bonus! I'm so excited and can't wait. I hate to say it, but what do you think will happen if the parade and/or fireworks are rained out?

A lot of sad people .I think they would move the dessert party inside the American Idol pre show area. there is a very small chance of fireworks being cancelled because of rain, but the parade would be more of a possibility

Trying to get into MDE to stalk the FPs for SWW shows but it's not cooperating. I'm guessing word got out quick about SDMT and people are crashing it. Don't they know SWW is more important and they need to stay off so we can get on???!!!

Anyone today, like right now, trying to change fp+ on the wdw MDE site? or calling WDW ? the phones are down, I've called the dinning line, the cast member line, the regular wdw line and nothing and if I try to change fp+ selections it says I don't have any fp+ made....
I'm blaming those Darves and their Mine Train

IT is reporting MDE is down. Even the specialists can't access it to help anyone! It is those Dwarfs... over 50,000 Fp+ were already selected for Mine Train before the system crashed.

WOW, is that ALL it took to crash the system. I'm not sure what day is the first day you can obtain one for, but lets say the current window from start date to 60 days out is currently 40 days, it only handled an average of 12,000 per day and "couldn't handle it"

Yep MDX has crashed. Possibly the combination of mine train FPs released today (for May 28 and after) and free dining released for Visa card holders.

Hi,

I'm new here and haven't been able to read through the 200 pages of posts yet, so I'm so sorry if this question has been asked and answered.

My husband and I are going for our 1st anniversary trip (yay!) and staying onsite for the first time at Coronado Springs. We'll be able to do one SWW day on May 18 and really want to get there in time for autograph lines. Will the buses be running early enough for us to get there by 6 or should we plan on taking a cab?

On a side note about the Mine Train FP+... I don't think I am crazy, but I am pretty sure we were able to reserve FP+ for MT about a month ago, but when we looked at our itinerary about a week ago, it was changed to the Space Ranger Spin, not something I would have chosen. Were they allowing some people to try to reserve FP+? Sadly now it doesn't matter since we will be leaving before it opens.
