Thanks for the info! Do most people try to do 2 days? We are not super intrested in standing in line for celebrity autographs, just character meets, parade, HH, ect. Do we need to schedule 2 days to see it all, or can it be done in one if we are not trying to do rides that day?

Chances are that even skipping the celebrity autographs you will still be very pressed to cover everything in one day.

We went most weekends last year and still didn't see and do everything we wanted. Of course, my son has some medical issues so we tour much slower than most people, but we had more days available to be there.

We did not see the Celebrity Motorcade, Celebrity Welcome, Ray Park's show, or the jawas. We were able to do everything else that we had hoped for.

Anyone knows if a daily schedule for SWW is produced? Someone mentioned a special parade and Hyperspace Hoopla? When do I know when they happen so I can plan around it?

We will probably try to plan 2 days then.

A schedule for all the activities will not come out until that same week of the first SWW. We talk about previous years since the schedule has been almost the same.

Hyperspace Hoopla: 8:00pm
Jedi Training Academy: 9:15am, 9:45am, 10:15am, 10:45am, 11:15am, 11:45am, 12:15pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:45pm, 4:15pm, 4:45pm, 5:15pm, 5:45pm, 6:15pm, 6:45pm
Star Wars Celebrity Motorcade: 12:40pm
Star Wars Character meets: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Behind the Force: 11:00am & 1:45pm
Stars of the Saga: 3:15pm
Obi-Wan and Beyond: 4:45pm
Visit to the Maul: 6:00pm

I think it was the week before the start of SWW that the schedule was posted.

thanks.

Probably a good idea.

That was the first week, right?

It was pretty much the same on the one I have from June 8-10 except

Obi-wan and Beyond was at 5 and there was no Visit to the Maul since Ray Park wasn't there that week.

Yes! getting excited. It should stay the same unless Disney adds some other shows into the mix. Maybe Raiders of the Lost Jedi Temple of Doom :goodvibes

That would be great if they added some other shows to the mix, especially without taking any away!

I wonder why they don't continuously run one of the movies somewhere each day? Have a nice airconditioned room with seating to cool off and watch one of the episodes or a series of Clone Wars.

We only did Friday of the last weekend last year (which was our first SWW). Since last year's trip was divided with US/IOA, we could only allot one day to HS. We did a lot, I thought, but we didn't do celebrity autographs or character meets (got some good close-up pics of some walking around, though). We rode all of the rides we normally would (which is just about everything), we saw the parade, we went to a show, and would've seen HH, but it got canceled/rained-out at the last minute. :(

This year, since we're just doing Disney, we can go 2 days. I want to do at least 2 shows, I want to see HH this time, and maybe have the kids do JTA (they've done it before, so it's not a priority).

But if you don't really plan on doing any rides that day, then I personally think 1 day is enough. Will you be able to meet EVERY character and see EVERY show? No, but you will be able to do A LOT if you're not focused on rides at all.

Last year we really loved Obi-Wan and Beyond. I would love to see it again, but not if it's the same exact thing. Do you think JAT will mix it up a bit?

Last year he changed it up just a little bit from the original one...not sure if he'll change it up again. He's such a great guy, he's actually the voice of the pirate in the new Pirate attraction at DHS.

Excited to find this thread. We went to SWW for the 1st time last year. We planned it spur of the moment and were only able to go one day - the Friday of the last weekend (before our seasonal APs were blacked out). One day was just not enough so we are going back for 3 days.

We got there before 7:30 for the Stormtrooper show, and immediately got in line for JTA at Indiana Jones. Our 3 kids got a late morning time. Then we signed of for PMC. There were less kids signing up for it. We got our FPs for TSM and then got some breakfast at Starring Rolls cafe (no characters were out doing M&G yet). We were 2nd in line for Jedi Mickey and waited about an hour for him to come out. WOuld have liked to get back in line for Minnie Leia etc. but by then it was time to get to JTA.

The crowds for the parade were crazy. Were able to get nowhere near the actual parade route and instead settled for AI steps. Not this year, plan to stake out a spot early so we can actually see.

We were able to meet Anakin, Queen Amidala, Leia (with C3PO and R2D2), Clone Troopers and Figrin Dan but that was it. Missed HH due to rainout.

One of the worst lines of the day was at Pizza Planet. DH waited almost an hour to order pizza. So I agree with advice to stay away from HS if you aren't there for SWW.

I wish DHS had more counter service options or fresh fruit stands available for breakfast. It was difficult to find gluten free options before lunch was served. We ended up bringing fruit and cheese each morning to hold us over til lunch.

This will be our first SWW. We are going May 12-18th. When do they usually post the schedule of activities?

Good to know that he changed it a little bit -- hopefully he will again. Also, cool re: the pirate voice info. If you meet him, do you know if he'll record something on your phone (like in Johnny Test's voice)?

Yes, he will. Many of the celebs will. Dh has lots of recordings from the celebs.

Yes, last year my daughter got Ashley Eckstein, Tom Kane, James A Taylor, Dee Bradley Baker and Nika Futterman fron Clone Wars to record a message.
AE did it in Ahsokas vouce. DBB as Captain Rec. JAT did a mash up of Johnny Test characters and NF did Assaj.
