I want to take out the suitcase but my dh would be like at me. My oldest went camping this week with my brother's family so I have to much time on my hands this week.

I am forcing myself to wait until at least 30 days

They had had the September calender out for months now.

Hmm. I also found that odd, although I know that in the past they have extended Sept. hours and added additional Fantasmic showings. However, the current calendar reflects the former additions and there is F! every night we are there. Not sure there is much to change/add.

I have 74 more days. It is slowly coming around I will probably take my suitcases out at 30 days and pack. Atleast the things that I know I wont need until I get to Florida. I know that I always pack too early, but it makes me feel better when I do

The September calendar, including EMH, was available back in March or April.

I rather hope they don't change the Sept. hours etc, at this point. It took me several hours to work out our itinerary AND I do have a life outside of WDW. (well, sort of - it mainly consists of making money to spend there) I did think ahead for the first time ever and realized that we didn't need 8 days of tickets since 1 day is MNSSHP (we'll go the DTD in the am that day). The savings almost paid for one party ticket.

I am such a fool. I booked CRT for noon on our down day, MK has EMEH that day, so it would have been better to book CRT for dinner and stay at the pool all day, now we have to go to lunch then back to the hotel then back for EMH at night

Have you checked for availability so you can change it? I say keep trying right up until the day before!

Yes I called today and checked online. I will start checking everyday.

Due to the 24-hour cancellation policy, I imagine there may be some last-minute dinner openings around late afternoon the day prior. If you haven't snagged one by then, I would be on the phone at that time!

The day before. If someone doesn't want their 5pm dinner reservation on the day you need one, they would have to cancel theirs by 5pm the day before. Although, that would also mean you would have needed to cancel yours by the morning 24-hours before your current ressie. I wonder if they allow you to switch dining times within your 24-hour cancellation window without penalty? I've never tried to do that before.

I will have to call on that, but really if I don't have it changed before we leave I am just going to let it go. It is what it is.
After lunch back to the room to swim nap and head back out at 8PM.

I upgraded to CSR form POP today. My 45 days was up tommorow and I decied to just go ahead and make the upgrade. So I need to pay 540.00 tommorow. But we got all the dining reservations we wanted at around the times we wanted. Even got the HDDR on our last day there for a catagory 3. We did drop our WP passes and will just have a couple of pool days but honestly that is more relaxing than the WP's are.

When I called I told her I would take whatever moderate had a standard room. I was thinking I was going to end up at CBR. But CSR was actually the only moderate with a standard room. Just happens to be DH favorite resort. But I'm going to keep it a secret for as long as I can.

We were on the QSDP before so really the upgrade to CSR for 11 days was around 440.00.

I have been feverishly stalking the ADR site and finally got us a reservation at Mama Melrose for our day at HS, woohoo! Here's our ADR list:

Sept. 25 - Arrival day! House of Blues 6PM
Sept. 26 - Biergarten 5:55PM
Sept. 27 - None - Universal Studios day
Sept. 28 - The Wave 5:05PM
Sept. 29 - None - Islands of Adventure day
Sept. 30 - 50's PT 11:05AM, Mama Melrose 6:30PM
Oct. 1 - Coral Reef 6PM
Oct. 2 - Yak & Yeti 12PM, Boma 6:15PM
Oct. 3 - 'Ohana 6:25PM
Oct. 4 - Leaving day, boo

I think I'm most excited to eat a 'Ohana - I'm a vegetarian, but I'm excited to see what they're going to offer me as a substitute. However, I wouldn't mind eating only bread pudding!
