69 days and my DH is so very tried of my disney talking/ planning every day
I am glad I am not alone in my craziness

Todays had a lot of meaning for me..... On Valentines day this year, my Mom suffered a cardiac arrest... we came very close to losing her, first physically, then mentally thru brain damage having been deprived of o2 for over half an hour. She has been in either a hospital or rehab center ever since... I have been giving her my drawings daily and she hangs them on her wall.. Even though she can't go this year, she is enjoying them... Well today was a special day... She got to come home finally.... and with NO lasting brain damage!!!!! I tried to find something that represented HOMECOMING, but never found anything appropriate. Then I found a coloring page with piglet and a heart shaped balloon... I knew I had to draw it! You see, on the day she almost died, I brought her a heart shaped balloon to celebrate Valentines day... she never got to enjoy it.... but she did get to enjoy piglets balloon!!!

Oh and Irony of Ironys.... just days before I gave her the original balloon, she turned 66!!

This is a very special picture for you. I'm glad to hear your mother is home. I hope your heart is as light as piglets balloon.

so excited as it will just be me & my daughter as we celebrate my birthday! i work so much as a nurse that it's going to be awesome just to spend some time alone together.

we are staying at the all star movies resort preferred room & hoping to land a toy story room as my daughter is OBSESSED with toy story.

garden grill for dinner @ epcot.

Yay! Reservations for 2013 vacation packages will open next Wednesday, July 11th!! So excited!!! I can't wait to plan our next vacation. Right now, we are thinking August 2013, but that may change based on bouncebacks and special offers.

Wow! It's never easy dealing with a parent's health, and I'm sure these past few months have been difficult for you. But I'm so happy to hear she was allowed to come home and that she averted lasting brain damage! Truly a miracle. Let her know she has many DIS friends wishing her continued health!

You are truly verry blessed. I know what you were feeling. I lost my mother to cancer in 2010. It was a roller coster with her. We thought it had it beat but the cancer was a rare form. She was gone in six months. enjoy you trip. Even though mom wasn't a die hart disney fan,she enjoyed my tails of my disney trips. May she and your family have many enjoyable years

I would love your review of fantasmic dinning at mama melrose, we are doing that for lunch. As well as your review of crystal palace lunch.

Super excited!

I was able to change our free dining reservation from ASMo to CSR. Not that I don't like ASMo, I love it. But we wanted to try something different, along with some bigger beds for my 6'2" DH and growing-bigger-by-the-minute DS9.

I've been calling twice a week for 2 months trying to get it changed. Tonight they said they had rooms available! whoo hooo!

DS9 is very excited about the pool and slide...

I've been calling twice a week for 2 months trying to get it changed. Tonight they said they had rooms available! whoo hooo!

DS9 is very excited about the pool and slide...

That's awesome! We love CSR. Although I prefer the value resorts' Food Court over dining options at CSR, I love the look and feel of that moderate resort. The rooms are really nice, too. Have fun!

Just paid off our reservation this morning after a hour of trying to log on and off. Just not sure what is up with there sight first thing this am. But it is done and we have 49 days left!!!

I only owed 97.00 but have been dragging my feet on paying it.

I have a few things put away for vacation but not nearly enough. I will drag our the suitcase at te begining of next month. My older dd is having a brave b-day party next month.

I have tried to pick up a few things everything I go shopping, like extra sun block, wet ones, travel soap. I just feel like I am forgeting something big.

Sounds like a fun party to plan. Please share any party plans, inviation ideas, favors, etc.. My DD can't wait to meet Merida and her birthday is in November so who knows if that is what she will ask for after our Labor Day Trip.
