Jumped on the band wagon, made our Ressies tonight! (talk about cutting it close for free dining!)

My wife (disbugsmomma) and I will be staying at Pop Century from 9/7-9/13. Celebrating my birthday on 9/8 so we upgraded to the regular dining plan instead of quick service.

This will be our first "just us" vacation since our daughter was born in 2006, don't feel too sorry for her though she's only 4 1/2 and has been to WDW 5 times already and will be celebrating her 5th birthday in the World in May.

I was in Disney last september for my honeymoon...This september we are going to Florida to spend a week at my family's condo...we are planning and overnight in Key West. I have decided to pay for the trip as part of my xmas gift to my husband...sooo since its my money.. I just bought 2 day park hoppers so we will spend our anniversary date in disney, at the boardwalk villas. september 18-19 here we come!

Congrats on booking your trip! My 10th wedding anniversary is on Sept. 8th!

I can't wait...there will be so much to do during that time...MSSHP, F&W Festival starts the 30th of Sept and of course MK turns 40!!!!

Congrats!! We really wanted to stay at pop, but my DH felt we would be too crowded with the baby in a pack n play! Pop is my favorite. We will be there the 24th-1st. Maybe we'll run into you! We have 3 boys!

I'm so excited, it's gonna be fun planning, it is to bad we missed each other by a week, I bet the kids would have really enjoyed each other, and it would have been nice to see you too.

Just got our groups reservations done, 4 rooms for 11 people. Staying at POR and hooping for agood weather. Plan on getting Halloween party tickets for most all of our group. Got to love the free dining plan, Now I have to start planning resturants for the new people in the group to see.

I just booked Sep 17-24 at the CSR!! This will be DS first trip. He will be 18 months. DH is a little iffy on how DS will do, but I am so sure he will LOVE it. We are also bring along my big sis and her hubby!

I had to go start at the beginning of this thread so forgive me while I play catch up! We are going Sept 27-30th at Pop, a repeat of last year!

jp'smommy- I took my son at 18 months and he had a blast! He has been back twice since and will be 3.5 for this next trip. It's fun to watch them as they get older and get to experience different things. He even had his first haircut that trip at the barber shop on main street!

Hey guys. I'm really worried about the heat. We went the first week of October this year and it was FINE... are the last two weeks of September normally comparable? We're looking for low crowds, but if it's going to be sooooo hot that it's not fun, we won't want to go!!

The weather was pretty perfect for us last year, warm enough to swim in the heat of the day but comfortable in jeans!

I really thought the crowds were very low. I've been in April and December before and I love love love the low crowds in September!!! I really don't think I want to go at any other time now. Free Dining......warm weather....perfect

Having now gone in September, I doubt I will ever go another time. The crowds were so much better than in seconf half of December (just got back)

We are having a Disney family movie night every Friday night leading up to the trip...

I just got my Cricut today, so I am looking forward to making some fun stuff for our trip! Anyone else?

We did Disney family nights every other week leading up to our December trip. We themed the food to the movie. Everyone enjoyed it, it was a great way to get everyone in the magical Disney mood!

We have booked the bounce back at POP Century Sept. 21st through Oct. 2. I don't know how we will be able to wait that long.

Maybe we will see you there!

Hello! We are new here but thought we'd throw our names in for the Sept. group. We are right now planning on staying at Pop Century 9/24-9/30 2011


There is so much great information I'm finding on these boards! I generally just read as it's been 9 years since I've been to WDW.

We'll be there then too!!

It's a great time to go! We'll be at POP then too!


This trip is just me and my DS Jack again. We did this same trip last year, but this year I'm hoping he will be able to ride more! He will be 3.5 when we go. We may adjust our dates if something crazy happens, but it really worked for us last year to arrive on our MNSSHP day so we got to go to MK without having to buy park tix for that day. For anyone new to this time of year, my TR is in my sig if you want to see how our trip went!

Now that christmas is over, I am in full planning mode! LOL!! I have ordered 3 different disney fabrics so far this week to start making my boys outfits. I can't wait!!!

Really itching for time to make our ADR's. and to find out the dates of the MNSSHP.
