OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING

SPONSOR: Disney Destinations, L.L.C., 1375 Buena Vista Drive, PO Box 10000, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
ENTRY: You may only enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet beginning at 12:01 a.m., June 7, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m., July 31, 2006 ("Term"), if your are a registered guest of disneyworld.com ("Member") by visiting www.mydisneyparks.com ("Website"), inputting your e-mail address ("Address") or Member Name and Password and clicking on the "log in to enter" button ("Entry"). If you are not already a Member, you may register to become a Member for free by completing the Registration Form at the Website. After successfully registering to become a Member, you are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times and dates are Eastern Time. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify Sponsor in writing if your Address changes. To do so, visit the website at: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/myVacation/myProfile/index?id=MyProfilePage, and click on the "Update My Profile" button to change your Address.
LIMITATIONS: Each Entry must be received by 11:59:59 p.m., July 31, 2006. Only one Entry per person/Address (regardless of whether one person has more than one Address or more persons than one use the same Address). In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Address is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to Members who are 18 or older upon entering, legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states or the District of Columbia ("Territory"), not employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates; the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them (individually and collectively, "Entities"); nor members of their households or immediate families. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the Territory; Entries that are altered, defective, delayed, deleted, destroyed, failed, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Entry information (including the Registration Form); for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering; insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations.
PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a four (4) day/ three (3) night vacation trip for four (4) persons to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, commencing October 1, 2006 ("Trip"), consisting of the following elements: [1] one (1) standard room (maximum four persons per room) at a Sponsor-selected Resort hotel for three (3) nights plus hotel tax; [2] four (4) four-day Magic Your Way tickets with Park Hopper® option and Water Park Fun And More option ; [3] one hundred fifty (150) Disney Dollars (one Disney Dollar equals one US Dollar ($1), redeemable at the Resort and certain other participating Disney locations only); [4] VIP park early admission to a selection of the following major rides in the Magic Kingdom® Park: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Cinderella's Golden Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Haunted Mansion, 'it's a small world", The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Peter Pan's Flight, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Stitch's Great Escape™, Tomorrowland Indy Speedway; [5] Dining for four (4) persons at Cinderella's Royal Table Dining Experience [6] complimentary ground transportation throughout the Resort; [7] if winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from Resort, round-trip coach air transportation for four (4) between the continental U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner's residence ("airport of origin") and Orlando International Airport and [8] airport/hotel transfers. Airline carrier and Resort regulations and conditions apply. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Resort if a winner resides less than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the Resort; round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin; room service; parking fees; laundry service; meals; alcoholic beverages; merchandise; souvenirs; telephone calls; tips; gratuities and service charges. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval; and winner must be available to make the Trip or the prize will be forfeited. Approximate retail value: $4,417, which will vary depending upon point of departure and fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by August 31, 2006.
PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes is being conducted during the Term. On or about August 4, 2006, in a random drawing, a winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail on or about August 5, 2006. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner's failure to respond to notification within seven (7) days after transmission; [2] the return of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the return of any other notice as undeliverable; [4] potential winner's failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability, and where legal, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days after its mailing; [5] potential winner's failure to be available to make the Trip; [6] potential winner's failure to validly claim the prize by August 31, 2006: [7] potential winner's failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Address associated with the winning Entry and [8] any other non-compliance with Rules. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. Any minor must be accompanied on the Trip by a parent/legal guardian. Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents; and all guests will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she will abide by and be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; [2] the Entry becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged; [3] the Releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information; [4] winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension and in the event the Trip has already commenced, to terminate the Trip and return the winner and guests to any airport of origin as soon as reasonably possible; [6] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Rules and the selection and announcement of the winner; [7] any portion of the prize not accepted or used by the winner will be forfeited and [8] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason.
