Morning! The Woosh Fairy did indeed visit this week and I am down (as best I can tell, really need a digital scale!) 2.5 lbs!

I'm down one pound this week, and what a strange week it's been. Sunday morning (I weigh daily) got on the scale to a four pound gain!!!!!!! After much thinking and discussion, decided it was a salt/water issue.....I hardly had any water on Sat (shame) and had been having some 'processed' meats (sausage/ham/hot dog) at a higher ratio than normal.
I knew 4lbs couldn't be because I'd had added a couple servings of fruit (strawberries) that week. And I don't think I'd suddenly and miraculously gained 4 lbs of muscle after only 2 1/2 weeks of working out! Also TOM not an issue for me any longer :smooth: Anyway......it all dissapeared plus one more in just 4 days.
I'm only .5 away from my 15lb clippie! WHOOO HOOO!
 
Well, I'm down another lb. so I'm at 258 - 59 to go to Onederland. This earns me a new clippie! The weight loss is steady but I really do stick to a total low carb regimen.

Just posted this on the WISH weigh in thread but I'm down 8 lbs this week! I can't believe it! I'm a third of the way to my target weight now - it feels good saying that!

21lbs til I get to Onderland!
 

Hi guys,

You all are doing great! I, on the other hand, have had some trouble getting back on track. No fear... I am starting afresh again today. I was going to town and then life just got in the way. Had five nights in a row that someone else was making me dinner (missionary conf. at church). By the last night, (lasagne) I brought my own dinner(McDonald's salad). Carbs, carbs carbs everywhere, :rolleyes: all week! Whew!! Glad that one's overwith.

I did well all week, but tonight we did go out and I went off plan... and I know that tomorrow I will be going off plan as we have a baptism to go to. However, this is real life, and I think I will do so much better if I allow myself to go off plan now and then, without thinking of it as "cheating", and then just getting back on track. The minute I start to feel guilty, I can be sure I will just say "Oh, well, I blew it", and chuck the whole thing! Anyway, this weight is not something that came on overnight, and I don't care HOW long it takes to lose it, as long as it is going!
