I did well all week, but tonight we did go out and I went off plan... and I know that tomorrow I will be going off plan as we have a baptism to go to. However, this is real life, and I think I will do so much better if I allow myself to go off plan now and then, without thinking of it as "cheating", and then just getting back on track. The minute I start to feel guilty, I can be sure I will just say "Oh, well, I blew it", and chuck the whole thing! Anyway, this weight is not something that came on overnight, and I don't care HOW long it takes to lose it, as long as it is going!
