This could be far fetched, but is it possible that Lindsey went back to the house to pack her stuff and found the ring? Then when she found it, Lucas came in and felt pressured to propose??? Of course, he is a lucky son of a gun that Lindsey and Peyton wear the same ring size...

That is a definite possibility..I was trying to read Luke's face when Peyton was looking at him. I thought he looked really mad, like mad at Peyton..But he could have been upset because she found the ring...In next week's episode though, they showed Luke saying they should get married right away, so I don't know

I couldn't read Lucas' face very well either. He looked mad, but almost looked like he was sorry. He may want to hurry up and get married because he thinks it's the right thing to do and then he won't spend months wondering if he's doing the right thing. And maybe he just wants to hurt Peyton a little.

We're all saying how much we hate Carrie and she's got to go.....but my question is, why is Nathan letting her act this way and NOT telling Hayley??? Would you really want THAT as your child's nanny?? It's really starting to peeve me!

Towards the begining of the episode it was mentioned that Jaime was at skillz- i can't remember if they said it was a sleepover type of thing or not, but I would assume so since haley and nathan went to bed when they got home and we never saw jaime

I want Karen to come back as well... she would knock some sense into Lucas

Deb... i could live without her. She drove me nuts.

I want to see 4 year old Lilly I think it would be GREAT scenes to have play dates with Lilly and Jimmy Jam

Yes I agree the Nanny HAS TO GO!!! I can't stand her but if Haley keeps acting the way she is Nathan is going to go right after her and I am so afraid of that!!!!
I wish Lucas would get over "whats her name" and what happened in LA and go back with his #1.

Jamie was a cutie, like always. What was UP with next weeks preview?? Peyton acts ok with Luke getting married, then she's cat fighting with Lindsey? She's crazy. I still don't like Lindsey though

Does anyone notice that Sophia's (Brooke) voice has gotten alot worse? She was always kind of hoarse, but now her voice cuts out like every other word, especially if she's whispering. I wonder if she has throat problems? It sounds like it hurts her to talk sometimes.

When the nanny kissed Nathan I could have jumped right through the tv and scratched her eyes right out!!! LOL!!!
Good episode but it has me going crazy till next week!!!

Carrie is making me so mad. I would so love to jump through the TV and slap her. Really. really. hard.
I cannot believe she kissed him. And Nathan didn't push her, or say no, or say anything!?!?
I thought he was gonna be the good guy, and tell Haley, but I guess I was wrong. Did I miss something? Is Carrie like, living with them? Cause she said I'm going to bed and walked upstairs.
I can't believe Jamie called Carrie Mama, and then she said she sometimes pretends he is her son. That was crazy.
I wish things could work out with Millicent and Mouth. And i am so glad Alice is out of the picture.
Lindsey annoyed me, as usual. I seriously don't like her.

The previews looked awesome. I can't wait to see what happens when they're locked in. Who else was with them? I saw Haley Peyton Lindsey and possibly Brooke. I have a feeling that while Haley is trapped in there, Nathan and Carrie are gonna hook up. I don't want them too, but I just have a feeling that that will happen. If it does, Nathan better tell Haley. SHe deserves to know. But Nathan better stop Carrie. He needs to tell her that he is married,and that he loves his wife. And Carrie needs to be fired.

i am so excited for the next episode cat fight in the library is it on yet? i agree nanny needs to go and yes brooke's voice is very hoarse .. it does sound like it hurts her to talk... and i am confused about luke, peyton and linds but i am curious to see how it all turns out....

i think last night might have been my favorite episode to date.

I'm glad we got to see the lucas/lindsey proposal... it made me hate lindsey even more. I first thought she was a whiny ***** but now I think she's a whiny ***** that conned Lucas into proposing to her. It was clear to me that Lucas really didn't want to, but felt like he had to.

I also think him telling haley that SHE was his number 1 and not peyton was a cover-up.

Im so mad at Nathan for not telling Haley about the kiss. THAT NANNY WITCH...............AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Nathan's going to eventually tell haley... i have a feeling... and if he does, it's going to blow up in his face because haley's going to be mad he didn't tell her sooner.

Jaime was adorable as always. But I can't believe he called Nanny Carrie 'mama'. I mean I can since he's only 4 and sees carrie probably more than haley.... but at least he caught himself and said he was sorry. And then Carrie goes and tells him that she thinks of him as her son....

I was wondering about Brooke's voice, too. I always loved the raspy-ness of her voice but it's sounded odd the past couple episodes and in the flashback- they might have filmed all 3 episodes really close together and she might have been sick or something. I hope she's ok

But I was proud of her for not sleeping with hot bartender Owen. I think he was proud of her too. Her scenes with Jaime were way too cute

I also loved the scene with her, haley and lindsey... haley and brooke both have to know that's peyton's ring. the look on their face was like ! They way they said congratulations made me laugh

Nathan, Skills and Lucas... haha... when Skills was like "so, who's the lucky lady?!?" That was classic. Loved it.

And then seeing that Alice was taken out almost made me cry cuz i was so happy It was interesting to see that she was sleeping with the whole staff.... Mouth probably feels diirrrrrrrrty! He should get tested for an STD!

But Mouth and Millie are so cute together! I hope she sticks around.

Mollie is weird. I thought she was sweet... but she's kinda creepin' me out.

And i think that's all i wanted to say about this episode.

Next Week::::::::: Looks like it's going to be more of a 'goof' kind of episode and I generally don't like them nearly as much as I like the drama filled ones, so we'll see how it plays out

I, too, wanted to jump through the screen and knock Carrie out. I think maybe Nathan was going to tell Haley about the kiss but then Haley said it was better not to tell when she was talking about seeing Lucas and Peyton.

I was kinda glad that the reason Lucas proposed was because Lindsey found "Peyton's" ring. He wasn't going to do it himself and I think then he was caught. What could he say to her...oh, thats the ring I was going to give Peyton 3 years ago? Did you see the look on Brooke and Haley's face when Lindsey showed them the ring in Brooke's store? We know Brooke has seen the ring before and I'm sure Haley has also.

Love Jamie as usual. I really like Brooke this season, she not all whiney as in the past but I do agree Sophia must be having throat issues.

One more thing, Nathan said that if Luke is cheating on Lindsey, he should be a man and own up to it...He kind of talked Haley out of telling Lindsey.
Why can't he be a man and tell his WIFE that another woman (one living with them and taking care of their son) is going after him, and obviously succeeding?
I used to have alot of respect for Nathan, but I guess he's still got his old ways.

Oh well. I guess it's up to the writers lol. It wouldn't be One Tree Hill without the drama, right?

Which reminds me, how come it doesn't have an opening where it introduces the cast and everything anymore? Not that I mind, it got annoying while watching the past seasons on DVD, having to fastforward through it. I was just wondering if anyone knows why they don't do it anymore?
It just doesn't seem right not hearing, "IIII don't wanna be anything other than what I've been tryin to be lately."

They were actually talking about this on the OTH thread on the CW website. Something about how they lyrics didn't make sense to have as the opening credits anymore!??!? I can't remember the exact reasoning, but there was a logical one behind it.

Also... for anyone interested... OTH is moving to monday nights when the NEW new episodes come back. LIke the ones they are working on now since the writers strike is over. When those go on TV, it will be MOnday nights....
