*** Official OCTOBER 2021 Countdown Group - HAPPY 50th ANNIVERSARY WDW! ***

October 28th - November 4th - Bay Lake Towers, 4th -6th at Art of Animation,
We had AOA booked for that week but bought into DVC in May and was able to get a partial at BLT and I have waitlists for SSR and BLT so i don't have to stay at AOA. Still going to make the best of it.

Oct. 28 - Nov. 6 - MRO2306 - BLT & AoA

Fun! Celebrating my October 50th birthday with a girls trip....my college aged daughter and her roommate and her mom! October 19-24th at the Beach Club!

I'm terrified! 😂

There will be barely any time for the kinks to be worked out...
This is crazy....Disney already took the PR hit for those that hate it; why make us wait for a roll out date. I'm there 12-17 and fully suspect it will start either right before my trip or during. That is a pain....I already struggle not being able to plan....now I won't even know how we will access rides. I keep reminding my family....I'm still EXCITED!

Just came to post the same!!! Been waiting for this info!! Finally!!

So we are scheduled to be there Oct 10-16. We will be four months pregnant. Should we postpone our trip and if so what is the process. We were really looking forward to taking our two year old.

What would be your reasonings for canceling??? If Covid that is a personal decision- but for most other reasons like rides, etc- pretty much everything the 2 year old can go on so can a pregnant woman! All the snacks for cravings- mid day naps at hotel- but it’s totally a personal preference!!

So I got an update from Touring Plans for my crowd levels for my dates - um...the highest level is a 6 and that's only one time. For 9 days my levels range between 3-5, mostly 4s.

I'm pretty surprised at those predictions. Pleasantly! :D

I am TP subscriber and a big fan of them, however I wonder if their prediction for MK on Halloween might be off. They have MK as a 4, however if you look at the reservation system, MK is no longer accepting new reservations. We are schedule to go to MK that day. Makes me kinda nervous...

My guess is that TP has a lower crowd tracking number inpart due to the Boo Bash that night. There maybe some psychology involved with guests avoiding parks with evening events because they used to close early for them. That is not the case this year, but maybe they are sticking with that algorithm?

Any Industrial engineer will tell you predicting human behavior involves a lot of good guess work. 🤣

Oh boy…my sister (adult) who had been invited along with my parents several months ago and opted out…has now opted in…the day before my final payment is due! She’s sharing room with my parents so just need to figure out how to add her there, park tickets…hold my breath that there will be a “day of” boo bash ticket for her…and basically start over with all my ADRs as most wouldn’t let me modify to 5 last night. Wish me luck!!!! 🤯

Something to consider - on my June trip and on my August trip two weeks ago, every time I went to check in for my dining ADR, I was given an option to add 1 (sometimes 2) to my party. My CM daughter often had friends meeting up with us at the last minute, and it was no problem to add them to our ADR at check in.

Thanks definitely good to know if I can’t modify before we arrive!!
