Yes, We're trying to do it Oct. 21st and the CM I talked to told me I have to wait until MNSSHP tickets go on sale in order to buy the P&P tickets, since they aren't on sale yet. She told me to call back first of May once the MNSSHP tixs go on sale, then they have the parade schedule for P&P. Someone else here was told that there was no P&P happening on the nights of MNSSHP, but my CM just said the schedule wasn't out yet for so far in advance. I specifically asked if there would be no P&P the nights of MNSSHP and she said no, that you just don't see Wishes fireworks you see the MNSSHP fireworks.

yep, I am the other one Rorey was speaking of. I booked it for 10/17 (monday) already and they already charged my credit card too. However, the date I really wanted was the same as Rorey- 10/21 (Friday- MNSSHP night). my CM just said that it wasn't available that night, so i took MOnday instead. It didn't dawn on me that it was a MNSSHP night and that's why it wasn't 'available' yet. DUH!! My CM didn't mention that either, maybe they were just as mornoic as me that day. lol My CM made it sound like it just wasn't available that night. But i plan to call back and try and get the 21st like Rorey once MNSSHP dates are out (hopefully next week). So you can book now, just not for MNSSHP nights. Hopefully next week you can book it for MNSSHP nights.

Interesting. I too am trying to book for a MNSSHP night (my son's 4th birthday) and this has been my experience...

Originally, I was told that there was not a cruise scheduled for this date. The cast member even commented that this was very unusual because there is always a cruise on Mondays. She offered to book me on a cruise for 10/8 or 10/9. When I declined, she told me sometimes schedules to change and to call back later.

The second AND third time (Tues and Wed night) I called I was told that the CM(s) could see the date in the computer with a 8:45 sail time, but could not book it. They both told me that this could be because Disney most likely is waiting to open it once the MNSSHP dates are released and Hallowishes times are scheduled.

Last night (Thurs night) I called and was told that there was absolutely no way that there would be sailing on 10/10... that there were never cruises on MNSSHP nights. :confused3This CM said that the October schedule was released and there would be no changes.

Because I am a glutton for punishment :rolleyes1 , I called WDW customer service onback the next day (Fri morning). My purpose in calling was to find out if historically PPFC sailed on "special party" nights or not. No one could answer my question.

I did post on the boards to see if anyone had gone on a cruise during MNSSHP and to my relief there was a sailing during the party last year :woohoo:

I guess we will see soon. Glad to know I am not in this alone.

If you can't tell, I am not very patient!

Oh, and thanks to both of you for your responses! If I hear anything, I'll let you guys know!

I know that I'll be switching back and forth just like always. I love all the planning but sometimes it makes me bonkers. I couldn't get Le Cellier for lunch so settled on Coral Reef instead, which DGD absolutely loved 3 years ago, but I'm going to keep trying for Le Cel. La Hacienda....I'm still this way and that way about it so that could change. I finally ended up booking it for last November but we all were too tired the night of our ADR and ended up canceling and eating at Boatwright's instead. I just want to go NOW! ;) When my DD called to ask when tix for MNSSHP go on sale, the CM told her June, I'm pretty sure that was wrong. Isn't it in early May?

In my next life I want to come back as someone without the planning gene and have somebody else do all this stuff.

I called today to see if tickets had gone on sale and was told to call back in 3-4 weeks. I mentioned that last year it seemed like tickets had gone on sale around May 1st. The CM just said, "Hmmmmm, well, call back in a few weeks."

As stated earlier in the post, I am not very patient! :rotfl::lmao::rotfl:

I too want to know when MNSSHP will be available. I go back and forth between buying now and waiting. However, we planned other things around the party. The day of I have a BBB appointment for DD so she can be dressed in costume for the party and that is also the day we will have dinner at CRT, since she will be dressed up. So..... If I wait and then can't get tickets I'll be upset but and if I had to switch my day due to weather I'm sure at that point I wouldn't be able to switch CRT and BBB so.... what to do what to do. I think I'm going to get them and just pray it's not pouring. Light rain we'll have to just deal with.

Let's face it, the people here on the Dis usually know more than 70% of the CM's. I take everything they say, especially about release dates and such, with a huge grain of salt. I usually just check the Theme Park forum or the Disney site to see if there is any word about the tickets being released. No sence spending all that time waiting on the phone (although the music makes me smile) when you can find out what you want to know with 3 clicks of a mouse button. :thumbsup2

I'm starting already. Just added the Yak and Yeti for lunch, 1 p.m. October 16. This will probably be the first of many changes.

Bought my plane tickets last night! 6:30 a.m. flight out of Newark Liberty on Oct. 16. This should prove to be...interesting because we've never left this early in the morning before, I usually book the 7:30 flight. Got the 7:25 p.m. flight home so we'll have a good part of the day to do whatever before we have to leave for the airport.

I like how your dog's eyes came out in the picture. It makes him look like a crazy futuristic cyborg dog, like he was sent from the future to protect your family.

Glad you made it home safe. :thumbsup2

This made me LOL! He really does look like a cyborg. Be careful that he doesn't assimilate you!

We just booked our flights and added a day to the beginning of our trip!:cool1:We are at POP Oct 14-23. Please feel free to update page 1 of the thread. Thanks! Soooo excited! Now...if they can just give us free dining that would be supergreat! If not, I'll still be keeping our QSDP and will not think twice about the cost.:woohoo: October can't come fast enough!!!:rotfl2: Happy, happy, HAPPY!!!

I have to keep reminding myself I am 100% happy with my ADRs. Last year I was on there changeing almost daily:rotfl:

My only regret about this trip is our flights. We fly down at 6:30 am also which is just what we normally do but I let DH talk me into flying home on the 11:35 am flight which means we will get picked up by ME most likely between 8:15-8:30 am

Our last trip my Ddil booked early flights home and DH liked getting back early and being able to pick up the dog the same day. Plus he is starting to have a bit of night blindness so does not care for driving home in the dark and I no longer drive do to my disabilites.

I am think of doing room service before we depart , just not sure how that will work out since we will need to run down to RAC at 5am to check-in our bags and room service starts at 6am.

LOL...I'm constantly changing my ADR's! I'm currently having a crisis over whether I should cancel breakfast at Kona and do CP instead, even though I've done CP twice and have always wanted to try Kona! I'm happy with most of what I have, but I know there will be a few changes before October! :rotfl:

I can't wait for MNSSHP tix to go on sale! :cool1:

I too keep thinking, should I add this? Should I change that? I THINK I'm happy w/ them but I just feel like I am missing something lol. Right now we have the DDP and I have 3 TS credits we will be paying OOP for and I'm debating to cancel or keep them? If FD comes out do I upgrade to the DDX or just pay oop for those 3 and I'd probably still come out cheaper, hmmmm, what to do, what to do.....

SJS, why does ME pick you up so early for a 11:35 flight?

ME picks up 3 hours before your schedule flight time. Which will be 8:35am so I am thinking they will be there between 8:15 and 8:30 am .......I plan on dropping off our luggage at RAC when they open at 5 to avoid possible long lines closer to ME pickup

I'm leaving my ADRs alone for now, just on the lookout in case I can get a lunch at Le Cellier and then I'll cancel Coral Reef. And, as I said the other day, I'm still not that crazy about La Hacienda, I felt the same way when they opened last year, I might give it up if I can get a 7:45 or 8:00 at Rose & Crown instead.

This is the first time that we'll be leaving for home that late, I'd like to try to get a late resort check out at 1, but of course I won't be able to find out until the day of. If not, we'll just leave our carry on bags with bell services and go to a park for a few hours or DTD. Back in 2008, I let DH talk me into a 7:30 a.m. flight home. I think it was a Saturday morning. Anyway, I don't know what I was thinking by agreeing with this! ME at 4:30 a.m. is NO fun especially with a very sleepy 7 year old. Yeah, we got home nice and early but who cares!? Sometimes I wonder why I listen to him... :rotfl:

Room service on your departure morning sounds like a great idea, hope you can work it in somehow.

I hear ya!
ME Pickup at 4:30am sounds horrible!
:rotfl:

YUCK! I didn't realize ME picked up 3 hours before your flight!! I have a 3:something flight out and figured we would leave for the airport around 1:30. Now I know they will pick up around noon. What one earth are we going to do in the airport for all that time? YUCK. I guess I could always take a cab instead no?

I keep having to remind myself that i am there for F&W....i do not need to fill my day with ADR's. My plan was to just grab quick later breakfasts since it's just DH and I this time. i'm not interested in riding the best rides...i just want to enjoy F&W! Then F&W for lunch and i have dinner ADR's each night but i am so so so tempted to start filling my days up w ADR's. I am trying to not even look since i am pretty sure i change my mind all the time.

ok question for you all, I was looking at my ADR's and trying to fit in Via Napolli (spelling?) and on the Disney site it says that the Dining Deluxe is not accepted there, anyone had this issue before? They take the Dining Plan, and of course Platinum and one above that, but not the QS (which I could totally see why) but am super confused about the DxDP... I'm thinking of calling tomorrow about it.

Also I jsut remembered about the Sleep Hallow carriage ride at Fort Wilderness in October, if anyone else trying to book this as well? I really hope they do it again this year (they have the past 2-3 years from what I've read). Anyone done it yet?
