No discount offer for Oct. Sor disappointed. So do I book to get my ADR's and cancle if I decide to or do I hold out for a code and most likely miss my ADR date? What are the chances they will offer another discount while this new one is currently out?

Disney Food Blog Today is Reporting......................

As part of the 2011 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, guests can settle in to watch some of their favorite 80’s bands at the Eat to the Beat concerts! These happen every night at the American Gardens Theater in the American Pavilion.

While Disney has not yet released the official concert schedule, here’s what we’re hearing. This is VERY SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

Gin Blossoms September 27-28
.38 Special October 3-5
Starship October 13-16
Hanson October 31-November 1
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy November 11-13

This makes me so excited...wonder who will be there the first weekend though. Hopefully someone good cause thats when i'm there! I get to make my ADR's on Sunday morning so wish me luck! Here is what i am trying for

Sept 30th - Shula's - 7pm
Oct 1st - (MK and my birthday!!!) CG - 8pm - I am assuming that the fireworks will be at 9. Is 8 a good time to make a ressie if fireworks are at 9pm?
Oct 2nd - Il Mulino or San Angel - 7pm. We really might just say the heck w the ressies and goto ESPN or Brew works but not sure.

My 180 is April 23rd. I started last night planning out what we want. I have 3 days out of the 10 worked out so far! lol

Aw, man! There's no one scheduled for the week I'll be there! I would love to see Gin Blossoms, though. Takes me back to my high school days. Wait, am I dating myself???

So I need some advice on ADRs. I originally had this:

Day 1 - Crystal Palace dinner
Day 2 - Tony's dinner
Day 3 - Akershus breakfast /MNSSHP
Day 4 - Tusker House breakfast
Day 5 - 50's Prime Time
Day 6 - Kona cafe dinner
Day 7 - Ohana breakfast

But now I'm thinking I'd really like DD to go to 1900PF because the Step Sisters are freaking hysterical! I was going to swap it out with Kona but I really want that teriyaki steak I've seen and we're staying at the Poly so I thought it would be a nice way to spend the last night at the resort. So now I'm thinking we can skip 50s Prime Time and do Tusker House Wednesday morning (day 4) and 1900PF Wednesday night. Then we can just do CS meals all day Thursday. We're now planning MNSSHP on Tues instead of Thurs like originally, so now we're going to hit Epcot on Thurs and with F&W and even Sunshine Seasons, I think CS that whole day will be enough.

So my question is for those of you with LOs, did they enjoy 50sPT as young as 3 or do you think 1900 is a better option? I'm trying to think also that lunch time might be melt down time for my DD and maybe skipping a TS lunch is a good idea.

Shula's was one of the highlights of our December trip 2 years ago. It was amazing- one of the best meals we had. 8 is usually good for CG. Just let the waitstaff know you are there for WISHES and they will make every effort to pace your meal accordingly.

My 5yo niece thought it was 'real', she got really upset when my BIL had to stand in the corner, she started crying thinking he was really in trouble. So i would say skip 50s and enjoy it later- i don't think 5 and under get the full experience, although it depends on the child too. I would go with 1900 instead.
