Just booked a last minute trip for Oct. 28 - Nov. 2 and we are staying at CBR.

This will be our 3rd October. Love it there this time of year!! We have never been there on Halloween because I was afraid my kids would miss trick or treating in our neighborhood. They said they would rather be in Orlando as long as they still get candy. LOL!

Count us in for a very magical grand gathering of sorts. We will be there October 14-25, staying at All-Star Movies.

My then 14-year-old daughter and her dance studio (WBDC) will be performing in two shows on the Downtown Disney stage on October 22nd and 23rd. Can you say we are really, really excited to see her and the other dancers perform and represent our Minnesotan community? Only too, too much!!

Our grand gathering (family) is of the extended sort:

Me (mom to dancer) (42), DH (40), DS (17), DD (14), DStepD (12), DS (4), DG-Ma (67), DG-Pa (68) ... and

D-ExH (dad to dancer) (44), D-ExH'sW (32), DS(3), DS (3mo), DG-Ma (50ish) ... and

DStepS #1 (23), DStepS's Fiancee (27) ... and

DStepS's Mom (43), DStepS's StepDad (45+), DStepS's Sister (15) ... and

DStepS's G-ma and G-pa (late 60's)

All to see my daughter dance and enjoy The World!!

We are really looking forward to 12 days at Mickey Mouse's house, and enjoying the blending of these blended families. We are attending MNSSHP on October 17 and have 6-day premium hoppers. We will be dressing up in costumes and play park-hopping commandos on touring days, and relaxing vactioners on non-touring days. And, we will be decorating our windows/doors at the AS-Mo.

YAY!!!!

See you all there. And, don't forget to come out and see a great performance by our dancers at Downtown Disney!!
