Count us in! I really can't believe we are going back again this year. My mother is usually the deciding factor in our vacations since she always goes with us and I hate to go somewhere she doesn't want to go. Last year I just plainly told her we were going to Disney whether she liked it or not. This year she brought it up in conversation like Disney was going to be our yearly trip from now on so I went along with it like I already knew it . I'm purchasing our plane tickets today since the cheap return fares came out this morning and I've already reserved the same house we stayed in last year. 8 months is TOO long!

Just booked a first-ever WDW trip at the Contemporary over DD's 8th birthday.

I'm still waffling between CR and Poly, but figured I might as well get something nailed down.

Just got a 40% off Deluxe PIN in my Email yesterday. I think I'm going to call and shift us to Oct. 2 - 8 (so that I can stay within the dates covered by the PIN - the night of Oct. 8 kicks you into Columbus Day Weekend rates) and take advantage of the savings by upgrading to a Concierge room at the Poly.

Woooooo Hoooooooooo! Just booked a few minutes ago, so no it's all good and official. I am always edgy until we actually book it. Makes it real, ya know? So here's the plan:

Crew: Me, DH, Ddad/Dmom, Dsis/Dbil (just married), Dsis #2

Where: Pop Century, 80's section if we can get it.

Why: Moms 60th birthday blowout! She also wants a day trip to IOA to see Harry Potter.

I am so excited! My sis and soon to be BIL have decided they are staying off-site at a friend's condo..."only 5 minutes away!". We'll see. They won't get the dining plan, or the free parking...for that matter they will also need to rent a car. PLUS, since we booked through AAA, we get the diamond parking pass so we can park right up front at the parks! It was awesome last time. We still bus it to MK though.

Just curious - on what airline did you find discounted fares for October already? Might be time for me to get those locked up as well.

Airtran $59 each way from my home airport which is super cheap. Last year Delta was going to cost us at minimum $400 rt

We are heading down October 2nd through the 7th and staying at our home resort Bay Lake Towers for the first time ever using our DVC points. Then we will be heading on to the DCL Wonder for a 3 day cruise! I can't wait. For the past two years we have gone in May but we wanted to switch it up this year since last year we went during that horrible time that it rained everyday. We are hoping to do MNSSHP!

Thanks for the tip about Airtran! I booked our flights today and got them for $77 each way non-stop, which is a GREAT deal from Columbus, OH!!

Count us in for October 2-9!! We go March of every year but within the last few weeks we changed to May BUT that still wasn't working out so October it will be!!! Staying at our timeshare in Sheraton Vistana Resorts!! This is our first halloween visit...!!

We are going October 24- 30th and we are staying at Saratoga Springs Resort in a studio. I have never stayed there, but have heard good things about it. This will be my 5th trip to WDW. We have a prince who will be 7 at the time and a 2 year old princess I couldn't be more excited...well, i could be if it was free LOL

We just booked our first October trip and first trip to ANIMAL KINGDOM LODGE!!!

October 5-10th. Me, Dh, and dd will be 6!

We have always gone Spring Break but this year so many things have come up.

We have always wanted to do MNSSHP. Can't wait!!

We are all booked for Oct 4-11 at CBR, normally stay at CSR but could only get a King room, not worth it for the amount of time spent in the room. We love the F&W Festival and are hoping the first week is not too crowded.
