My daughter and I are going Oct. 13-18 and will be staying at POP. This will be our second trip to POP. We went last Sept during Labor Day weekend. It was HUMID! I'm hoping that an October trip will yield slightly cooler temps.

We are all booked for Oct 4-11 at CBR, normally stay at CSR but could only get a King room, not worth it for the amount of time spent in the room. We love the F&W Festival and are hoping the first week is not too crowded.

We are going to stay at csr as well hopefully Oct 9-16. Do you think the rooms would be fully booked for those dates? I really hope not because we are waiting on our tax return!

When I checked, CSR only had King Rooms available so we decied to stay at CBR because we were able to get a standard room.

We are totally hooked on WDW after our first trip last December. The PIN was burning a hole in my inbox, and I broke down and booked Poly CL for our next trip. We all *love* Halloween, so I can't wait to tell DH and the chicklets we are going...

Oct 9-16, offsite: Oak Plantation. Driving from North Georgia, meeting grandparents who are flying in, renting an SUV. They are paying for tix and it's their own timeshare. Thanks Mom and Dad!

Thinking Pirate cruise for the boys, though my 6 yr old is too sensitive to even watch Nemo, never mind anthing with pirates in it. Going to Chef Mickey's the first time on the 16th for his 7th birthday (which is really the next day).

Typical introvert, I read more than I post. We did this trip two years ago for the first time, and were overwhelmed by the crowds on Columbus Weekend Sunday, even though we were at AK. I guess it's still the best park to go to on that day. Went to MNSSHP on that trip, but since our kids prefered to go on rides instead of trick or treating, and the oldest doesn't like to dance or watch fireworks, we'll skip it this time. It also seems to work best for us to spend all day at the parks, then head to the timeshare for dinner.

We're taking the whole fam to FW to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! So excited and I can't stop obsessing about the trip! Anyone know if WDW does anything special for anniversary celebrations?

My DH and I celebrated our 2nd and 3rd anniversary at WDW. They gave us each a pin to let people know what we were celebrating and some of the TS restaurants gave us either a cupcake or dessert. Some of them also gave us a card either signed by characters or the wait staff.

It's Official. I just booked our Oct trip for the 1st-8th @POP. We're leaving home on the 30th, driving straight thru and staying that night at POP as a room only so that we'll be refreshed & ready to hit the park early the next morning. We're sooooooo excited. We can't wait.

We are so excited to be heading to WDW in October! We've been planning it since our Disneymoon in May 2009! We'll be joined by my parents, my parents best friends, my DH's aunt & uncle, and my DH's parents!

We're staying at CBR from October 16-23... it's our first time doing MNSSHP too!
