Is anyone doing the lime green mickey head thing? I'll be on the lookout

I always have mine. In fact one of my dearest friends I met because I seen her lgmh (lime green mickey head)

You can buy lime green mickey heads, I believe in home depot or stores like that. They are paint chips and people use them to identify themselves as a member of the DIS boards. You can attach them to bags, strollers, lanyards, put them in your hotel room window, etc.

They are FREE at home depot.. They are paint color samples.. Alien Green is the color of choice..

In fact the Secret green club group that chats on the community board started with a thread about lgmh... Now we have all been friends for over 4 years now.. Everyone is welcome to drop by and chat.. Ask questions we are a great bunch..

You know, I never realized how many people were interested in talking about their pre-trip to a certain place.

Obviously, there are enough people to keep this site more than a little busy, lol. Just coming across it earlier this month was an eye-opener and I couldn't be happier.

Everyone is very nice and though no one seems interested in reading my PTR, I am enjoying reading others PTR's.

So, when do I get my Disney tags for luggage? About 30 days prior??

Just looking at your signature, we bought into DVC in the same month and year at the same resort. We just love BCV, and it has paid for itself already. We had mixed feeling about trying BLT this trip, but its only for 3 nights, then we are 7 at BCV.

You know we have never stayed at BCV, we are booked there next May and look forward to staying.

I love being DVC and am always wanting more.

I just have to say October CAN NOT get here fast enough! It's a hectic week at work and my classes started yesterday (I graduate in Dec FINALLY) and I already have a test tomorrow . I'm already stressed out. I'll have school work to do while at Disney, but right now I'm not stressing it since I'll do as much as I can before I leave. I'm almost to the 30 day mark

Hey guys, check out my ticker! If I told you it started at 489 days you would know why I am so excited now! POFQ, here we come - less than 40 days. Staying there from October 2nd thru 16th.

It's so nice to have a dedicated thread for a month, so thank you OP. At least this way we are all in the same date range. Don't you just hate it when you say 'Look, I only have 40 days to go' and the next poster says 'I have 2!'

That is a real drag!! I hear ya loud and clear, lol. Hope to see you in the parks among the crowds. That's a long time you are staying! A full two weeks... I wish we were able to get that much time off from work.

And about the PTR in my sig... I am kinda embarrassed about it since I am such a newbie and the fact that I don't want to force anyone to read it. lol, Can you tell I have no self confidence in my work??

Just booked my stroller rental from Orlando Strollers and groceries from Garden Grocer! Also ordered DS's Luke Skywalker costume from Ebay for the MNSSHP!
Going for the first time in Oct - soooooo excited!
Booking those items makes it seem even more real!!
