Okay we were looking at end of October 2014 but decided we are switching to November 2014 not 100% on dates but looking at the week before Thanksgiving, sooooo excited! So subbing asap!

Hi

We are tentatively planning Nov. 1 - Nov. 10 in hopes of doing MNSSHP, MVMCP, and F&W.

It will be, me, DH, and our DDs who will be 6 and 9. Also going will be my sister, her DH and 2 DDs, and our mom. We are going to celebrate my 15 yr anniversary and my sister's 10 yr anniversary. It is going to be a BIG trip!

Hoping to do MNSSHP, MVMCP, and F&W in that week, and REALLY hoping that by having a 11/1 start date we'll get free dining. So excited to be able to do the mine train ride and meet the 7 dwarves! I am already obsessively planning ADRs, FP+, and everything else, even though it'll be months before we can make those official!

Are you planning to go on one of the last Halloween parties then? If not then you won't be able to see all the 7 dwarves as they don't appear anywhere else together.

EDIT: FYI, don't know the dates for 2014, but the last MNSSHP this year is on nov 1st.

Hi everyone!

Looks like I'm planning to take my kids back in Nov 2014. We all loved this time of year and can't wait to do it again. We are looking at Nov 22-29th. Not booking until October to see if I can get a bounce back offer while we are there. The dates my change a bit (a day in either direction) but that's the week we are going regardless!

We are planning on November but just not sure of the date as of yet as Im still trying to figure out which cruise date we will go with, and then will deciede will it be a pre or post cruise stay this time? Have done both , but will consider the thanksgiving holiday and avoid dates that fall into then. Only thing I am pretty much set on is that the resort stay will be cbr, good thing its a ways out gives me time to put some thought into it! lol Will post when I have plans all set, since we are staying at cbr in a few weeks Im planning on booking with a bounceback for nov 2014 and will have made my mind up by then so I can go ahead and book before the end of our stay.

The last MNSSHP in 2012 was November 2nd. We changed our arrival date just so we could be in MK on November 1st and see the decorations.

That's even better! Maybe it won't be as crowded since November 2nd is a Sunday. Fingers crossed!

We've made our location official! Staying at Bonnet Creek! After many days weighing all the options, we felt this offsite resort would meet the most needs of all 9 of us. I've made the call to Ken Price, so now we just cross our fingers and wait for September 21 when he will call and hopefully secure a 4BR presidential unit for us!

What about a post cruise? When I went on a cruise, we went in the middle of our holiday. We went for 21 days, so spent about a week in Orlando, went on a 4 day cruise and then another week in Orlando. What I loved about the cruise is that you actually have plenty of time to relax, so maybe that would be nice to just get the energy back up after the long park days?

I can be added to the list! After going back and forth on the 2014 planning thread, then not thinking we'd go at all next year with DH's new job and the last minute trip a month ago (still can't believe it's been less than a month since I've been there!) we are a go for our November 2014 trip as originally was planned in Sept. 2012.

The tentative dates are November 1 to 9. I'm not sure where we're staying - we may return to AoA LM rooms or possibly one of the suites or we're going to look into one of the moderates for something new.
DD will have 2 scheduled days off that week so she'll only miss 3 days of school (a biggie for me since I'm having anxiety about pulling her about even though she'll only be in the 1st grade!) but after going this summer, I would much rather the cooler weather and less crowds!
Hoping to catch the last MNSSHP (DD was so disappointed that we weren't trick or treating or that she would see MIckey in costume this year!) and the hope to plan it to fly out the morning after the first MVVCP. It's been many many years since I"ve seen the Christmas decorations and DH is excited to see them.
I'm looking forward to going back already and looking forward to planning with everyone!!!!

I love MNSSHP. Me and my DFI went last year and we both dressed up. We had such a good time We won't be able to do it next year, but the Christmas stuff is just as good, so I can't wait. Just wish time would pass a bit quicker
