Are you staying at Castle Inn now? I will be there in 38 days as well :)

Yes, I changed to the Castle Inn. Not only the luggage storage, but also closer to DL, fridge in the room etc. :) Happy with my choice.

32 days till my vacation starts, 33 days before I leave and 36 days till Disney!

My plans are now:
- Day 1: Fly to LAX, take the train to San Diego
- Day 2: Spend day at Sea World, travel to La Jolla to see Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame at La Jolla Playhouse.
- Day 3: Spend day in La Jolla, see Hunchback again :P
- Day 4: Travel from La Jolla to Anaheim, with bus, train, check in at hotel, should be in Disneyland at 3pm
- Day 5: DL, early dinner at Café Orleans
- Day 6: DCA
- Day 7: DL-DCA-DL (spending the day with a local friend who will show me the secrets)
- Day 8: WiWF-tour (still to book this) and open till 5pm for repeats. Fly from LAX to JFK
- Day 9: NYC - see 1 show, shop, Central Park, maybe lunch with a friend
- Day 10: NYC - see 2 shows
- Day 11: NYC- see 1 show, home

Not entirely sure to stay one more day in NYC, but I still have time to decide on this. :)

To keep myself occupied, I'm now checking aaaaaaaaaaaall the menus of aaaaaaall the restaurants to see how much I would actually spend on food while at DL and adjust it in my budget :P

33 days... So much time and so little to do!

This part of your trip overlaps with mine. I arrive at Castle inn in 37 days.

DH has a quick work project in SoCal, so since he's paid for, he is taking us along with him to take us to DL :goodvibes It's our second trip to DL, but a few firsts: Staying at Park Vue Inn for the first time Nov 1 - 3 (stayed at HoJo first trip, will I like Park Vue?). First Disney trip without my DS19 (he's off to college now, can't even take a day out for Disney :guilty:) So it's just me, DH and DD17. First Disney trip with so little time to plan! But DL take a whole lot less planning IMO, especially without little ones. I think I will be ok, it will just be so strange without DS...

I am coming to the end of my planning with 29 days to go until we leave for Disneyland. I just booked the A Walk In Walt's Footsteps tour for my first day at Disneyland. Now I just have to wait until the 27th to book the Holiday Tour and then I am all set.

I'm thinking of booking the Holiday Tour as well, and when I checked the website yesterday, there were times listed for our timeframe 11/20 - 26 already. Are these not available to book yet?

Just purchased my PP+, things are getting real! 24 Days to go :cool1:

I bought ours too! Can't wait to be able to use it!

we are 19 days out and everything is planned except for the packing! :cool1:

:woohoo: How exciting!

Ok, I just talked to them today. It's 30 days before your trip, and since the holidays start the 13th, they said the schedule will be out tomorrow! We have to wait until the 20th to do ours...can't wait!! :santa:  :cheer2: :dance3:

Tours can only be booked 30 days in advance, but I have heard that last year people were able to book the Holiday Tour a couple of days early.

All of you going at the beginning of November, what type of clothes are you thinking of packing? Shorts? Is a sweatshirt enough for the evening or maybe a heavier coat? Maybe a pair of jeans?

will depend on 10 day forecast but I am thinking jeans and short sleeves during the day and very light jacket or pullover for the evenings.

Thank you. :) I was confused because the website does show availability for that tour on the calendar, but the times are early afternoon and only 10 or 15 minutes apart. That can't be right.

I just booked the Holiday Tour for Nov. 14th. The CM said this is the first day of the tour. I booked that & the Fantasmic Dessert Package. Very excited!!

I'll be there November 22nd and 23rd at the Camelot Inn. My husband is NOT a Disney fan (How are we married!? LOL), so that's all I was willing to get him to do with us. Usually I go with my mom, sister and the kids. However, it's the first time my little dd3 will be a paying customer, so we might as well go for the AP, right? The CA monthly payment plan is a lifesaver, makes it really easy to spring for them.

On that note, has anyone stayed at the Camelot Inn? We usually stay onsite, but since the rates are pretty high during that time, I thought we'd go across the street.

I'm trying to plan out our days and put together a touring plan. My kids love Splash Mountain. However, with traveling over Thanksgiving, I'm wondering if we'll even do that ride. I can imagine walking around wet when it's chilly. Does anyone have any experience with water rides in that time of year?

This is my first November trip, but I've gone in January. If it's chilly, you can save water rides until the very end of your day. Then hightail it back to your room to dry off/get warm. :)

I just booked my airplane tickets! :) (Working for an airline, can't order them until 1 month before departure)

27 days till vacation
28 days till flying

30 days till San Diego Zoo

36 days till New York
39 days till I'm home again :P

That's quite the countdown! :cool1: But you shouldn't count the going home part! ;) And maybe add in the 'planning for next trip' part too! :)
