***Official November 2013***

Subscribing! Our trip is on 11/29 to 12/7. Staying at BLT Studio for 1 night (cheaper flights) then 2BR lake view for the remainder of the trip. We are going with another family and my sons godmother.

So far, I have a spreadsheet of things to do, buy, grocery list, packing list, daily itinerary (not detailed) just to plot out how many tickets we need, when to rent a car since we have 1 day at Universal.

I have received our 1st shirt of t-shirt DISigns and will probably request for more. I sent in our request for pressed penny money and pressed pennies. Still need to request designs for stroller tags, ADR invites, calendar countdown and more shirts.

Also going to buy some pins on ebay to trade if what my coworker is going to sell me won't be enough - lol!

Been mostly stalking ADR cancellation threads hoping to get better ADR times.

That's all for now!

Glad you are being positive like me and those silly people trying to scare us with the idea of winter coats are not straying you from your outfit choices.
I'm hanging onto the fact that 70-80 degree weather will not require winter clothing. :goodvibes

Fun fun fun.
I can't wait to actually see the 10 day forecast and pack.

I'm praying for warm weather but I packed them leggings and a couple of sweaters because a lot of people say it gets cool at night! I will probably pack a couple pair of jeans for me, hopefully we went need them to much:)

We're not doing MVMCP, but we did 2 years ago and really enjoyed it- those of you going will love it!
This time for the "extra" we're adding on the waterparks & more, so we plan to do Blizzard Beach, Winter Summerland mini golf, and Disney Quest twice. We did Disney Quest when the kids were 5 & 9, and mini golf at Fantasia that year too, so it's been like 7 1/2 years. We've never done a Disney waterpark, so I'm excited to check it out! Anybody done the wateraprks in Nov?

We are planning on going to MVMCP Nov 14, I won't order tickets until closer b/c I am paranoid about something changing and wasting the money....

We are not going to MVMCP this year but We did go last year and I waited to buy our tickets until early November, we we going to the party on Nov 28th. The parties do not sell out all that early and like you I was afraid of something happening and losing all that $$$

In 2010 we planned on attending the first party and I bought our tickets the first day they became available. Three weeks before our trip we had to cancel and since there were no refunds I ended up giving our tickets away to another DISer so we lost our $$$ :sad2:

I learned my lesson the hard way

I've never gone to the water parks in November, last year was our first November trip but I do know if the temps drop the water parks close for the day usually it will be announced the day before in anticipation of the weather.

TL was closed for rehab while we were there last year, so you might want to check the rehab schedule ahead of time too!

Count us in :thumbsup2

Dd and I will be there Nov 13 - 25 staying at CBR. Can't wait to see the Xmas decorations party:
:weclome:

If you need a recommendation on a great eBayer to buy pins from, I can help with that. I just bought a bunch from a guy I've dealt with for our last two trips; he is reliable and they're great!

TL closes the Saturday before November and will be closed until January.

Hi fig, QQ for u.... Ur staying at OKW right? Did you book a 2bdrm or a 1? I'm considering this for a few extra days we have planned but I can't seem to find any pictures of playgrounds or a kids pool. I saw a few pics at ss bug for some reason I have a better vibe for OKW. I never stayed at either. :) any advise u can give on the hotel would be appreciated :flower3:

As suggested by a friend, I will pack my fleece jacket (which I might need that morning I leave anyway) and just dress in layers. I highly doubt being from New England I will feel the need for winter attire.

Hi guys! Anyone driving down in November? If so, were you able to get any good deals?

Typhoon Lagoon always seems to be closed when we are going. We did Blizzard Beach in 2007. Hubby has never been to TL and last year we thought we'd make it because it was closing for rehab the day after we were arriving. So that was our plan for arrival day. But when we got to WDW, it was cloudy and a little too cool for a water park so we never made it. And now this year, its rehabbing again during our dates. One of these years hubby might get there. He doesn't want to do Blizzard Beach again until we get to do TL.

I have to laugh about the thought of BB or TL in November. I just can't even think water park in November, but yet refusing to believe I will even need a jacket during the day.
I'll be happy if I feel warm enough to get in the pool. I'm such a wimp when it comes to getting wet. Even the walk to the hot tub will be a challenge if it's not really hot out. Guess I better pack that terry beach cover in stead of the mesh one. LOL

We are from RI so same thing here hopefully it will be warm to us:). We're in New England are you from?

And I'm in Foxboro. We'd normally fly out of Providence but got a great deal out of Worcester when Jetblue announced they'd be flying from there starting in November.
