***Official November 2013 - Part II*** (that's right....we're that popular!)

So happy you guys had a great plane ride! That's great the rides were all walk ons!! You can't beat that!!!!! I hope the rest of your trip is that way too!!!!!! Have fun!!!!!

Lime... Happy to hear your having a good time, regardless of the kids being sick!!! Both of mine were SO sick last year - 104.3 temp and tonsillitis for my DS and my DD kept vomiting!!! It was horrible but they were troopers with the doctors visits and such. Hope they get better soon!!!! Enjoy the rest of your trip!!

Kathy, sounds great! We go see the gingerbread house and WL tree every year, it's just AMAZING!!!!! Hope you're having a great time!!

For me, I'm down to ONE WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a ton of packing done yesterday!! Can't wait for this week to be over!!!

If you're leaving today, have a safe trip and a great time!!!

Hiya Pals! Great day down here!
Kids did AWESOME on the plane POR does not seem too crowded and neither did MK when we were there from 3ish til 7. Used all our FP+s, pulled one for Under the Sea that we didn't even need! There was really NO wait. It was very lightly raining but even the CM's seemed stumped! Many rides were walk ons, including Under the Sea (loved it!)
The kids were troupers an my ASD boy did great, although he did melt down at the resort right after checking in, we took a lovely nature stroll o POR and he was recharged. We never even made it to get a DAS card and in 4 hours at MK we did 8 rides!

Your at por we are next door we have dinner there tommirow

Be careful we were double charged twice with magic bands. We love them but just check you bills when checking out

I only wear sneakers at the parks along with my jeans. I bring nice shoes and boots for when we go to eat, and flip flops for pool time, but other than that, sneakers for everything else.

I think I will just leave the boots at home. No need to be fashionable, just want to be comfy. I am more concerned at dd's that want to take a dress but don't want to wear sneakers with them, ugh.

Getting ready to check out. We've had a wonderful time! AoA was so fun. MB worked fine. Weather was perfect. The holiday weekend seemed a little crowded but Wednesday - Friday were low crowd days. Raining this morning so we are lounging in the room for awhile. Headed to DTD for lunch. Hope the rest of November is good for everyone's trips! At least I will have Thanksgiving and Christmas to distract me from my disney withdrawal.

That's exactly how I feel. When we go to a nice restaurant, I don't want to pair a nice outfit with sneakers, so I'll always bring at least one pair of dress boots that will go with anything. You'll be fine either way!

Hey all, just checking in. I exhausted the whole family already :)

We spent our first night at Epcot and no one was there. Had dinner at Chefs de France and had a fantastic server, she made the whole meal. The food was good not fantastic, but good. Stayed through IllumiNations, but we barely finished dinner in time so we didn't get a good spot.

MIL wound up with a huge blood blister on her foot after the first night so I convinced her to get a scooter. She rented it at the park the second day, but then we got one from an outside vendor for the rest of the week.

Second day we went to Universal's Islands of Adventure. All I can say is WOW. Themeing was amazing. The crew members there were fantastic. We ate at Mythos which wasn't that good food wise, but our server more than made up for it. He even washed our refillable mug from our butterbeer for us. Hogsmede was perfect, the attention the detail was astounding. We went back to that area at the end of the day and at night it is truly magical. Most rides were walk on except during the height of the afternoon.

Yesterday we hit MK, we got a later start then we wanted because we had to get the scooter. It was pretty busy (for a party day) at MK until around 2. It was so nice having the FP+ for BOG, almost felt guilty walking past the big line. We pre-ordered and we pretty much strolled in. Wow, the ballroom was gorgeous. We ate in the portrait room though, it was quieter than the ballroom and not as dark as the rose room. My youngest 2 went to the pirate's league, so much fun. What a cute experience. We didn't make it to the parade though.

Last night we had dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe, food was very good and service was funny and completely on top of things. The lobby is stunning, just wished we could have seen the tree.

Family decided last night to go to Animal kingdom later today instead of at rope drop. We are suppose to go to Raglan Road tonight, but the weather is a mess. Not sure how the day will play out.

We're you double charged on food purchases or room? Yep rainy day, monorail hopping today. If rain stops we may go to HS tonight since they keep calling for a chance of rain on Monday.

We've had a nice final day in spite of the rain. Got a box of potato head parts. A very nice CM offered to pack our box for us and boy did we pack in the pieces! Waiting on the magical express.

Thanks so much! We will be there next weekend! My kids love dinosaurs, and although we tried eating there last year... (the dino in front of the restaurant put his head down right by my DD who was 4 last year, she was crying and screaming!!) we feel she might be ready for it this year. Will be interesting to see if DS (2) will be OK with it! lol Wish me luck! lol :scared:
