Question of the Weekend:

What are some attractions that you recommend getting Fast Passes for? Have you seen any sold out? Have your utilized more then 2 fast passes a day?​

Pretty much what all others said - the most popular rides are good for getting Fast Passes for such as Soarin, Test Track, Toy Story, Rock N Roller Coaster, Tower or Terror, Space, Splash, Big Thunder, Expedition Everest and Kali.
We usually start our day with a grab FP and RIDE the most popular attraction and then head to the next popular ones. Save afternoons for more quiet stuff and shows. We usually grab FP's for something whenever our window opens for the first several hours of the day and after lunch maybe grab one more set or not depending on how the day is going.

If we won't use our FP's then we just hand them off to some happy family

Definitely grab them for the headliners and thrill rides. We've seen Soarin' and TSMM "sold" out.

We don't plan our day around FPs, but we get them as often as possible when convenient. We occasionally send a FP runner if the park seems extra crowded.

We're going to Disney World next month!!!!!!

When my kids took the link off the chain yesterday I told them, tomorrow we can say "next month we're going to Disney World! My daughter was jumping up & down. Can't wait! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

We willbe at Disney April 27 - May 8, staying at Pop Century.

I have been over on the April board, never even thought about also looking for the May board - SO GLAD I found it. I guess I will be spending the rest of the rest of the day catching up on this thread.

Our details - Me, DH & DD(10) April 27-May 8, also joining us for 4 days is a dear friend of mine and her DD9, but it's a surprise for her DD until April 14(DD's birthday)Her DD has never been to Disney!!!!! and my friend has not been on about 18 years - I have made t-shirts for everyday, thanks to the Creative board and the AWESOME Diser's and their talents. We received a pin for FREE QSDP so we only have 1 ADR. And both of my parents work for starwoods hotels so it will be at The Swan hotel b\c we get 50% food. YAY!!!

Here are our daily plans:
April 27 - Arrive in the afternoon and hang out at the resort (w\friends)
April 28 - Animal Kingdom - Dinner at Garden Grove @ Swan (w\friends)
April 29 - Hollywood Studios (w\friends)
April 30 - Epcot
May 1 - Magic Kingdom
May 2 - Magic Kingdom, 11:30 Girls Hair, 9pm Wishes Dessert Party (w\friends)
May 3 - Epcot(w\friends)
May 4 - Magic Kingdom(friends head home)
May 5 - Animal Kingdom
May 6 - Hollywood Studios
May 7 - Epcot ????
So we are at 26 days till Disney, and 13 days to telling Jordan.

Welcome! You have a nice long trip. Ours in 7 nights, our dd will miss 5 days of school. Do you home school or is your dd school cool with missing that many? I want to do a longer trip!

We're 33 days away and I am PACKING! I'm a little overwhelmed at this point... trying to figure out how much luggage we need to bring. Yikes!

We were hoping to leave Saturday morning on the 28th, but we ended up only being able to get an evening flight down. Basically lost the whole first day.

But yes, I am still thrilled to be going and feel very lucky to get to take the kids every year!

My DD is in Year Round school, so this is her Track out time, but we did take her our for a week when we went last October. My DS (17) is not going - he is "too cool" to go to Disney.

We wil be at MK May 2nd and HS on the 6th also!

MK on May 2nd look for us, we will all be wearing either grey or white t-shirts with a Mickey that is filled with our names. HS on the 6th we will all be wearing green t-shirts with etch a sketch with our names in them. Say "HEY" if you see us.

Pretty much any of the rollercoasters, get a fast pass. If you go during a hot month, get one for all the water rides, too.

I've seen fastpasses run out for Soarin', and Space Mountain. That's about it.

Hey y'all!!!

Guess what we did yesterday?!?!?!?

We added another day at BCV, so we aren't leaving until June 3rd! Woo HOOO!!!

We were working on some stuff yesterday and DH said that he had been trying to find a good discount to book a club level room for our last night, but hadn't found a good price, so he gave up. I asked him if he had checked DVC availability and, of course, said "No. I hadn't even thought about that."

So, I looked and there was availability almost everywhere for that one night, so we were trying to decide between Bay Lake Tower and Beach Club Villas. BCV won out because then we wouldn't have to move, just add a night.

Another day at Disney! Yay!
