****Official May 2012 Thread**** ALMOST TIME TO LEAVE!!

Yikes! Good thing we just take our own pictures! lol 60 days over here! Urrrrgh, why can't the trip get here faster?

I'm currently designing my family's t-shirts... they're being very... picky, to say the least.

Well, I caved and bought the photo cd. I was on the fence about it, but since this will be our first family trip with the 4 of us, I'd like to be in front of the camera too. We realized the other day (6 weeks before the baby's 1st birthday) during my older DD's birthday that we did not have any pictures with the four of us together!

On a side note, today is my baby's 1st birthday. Time has gone by too fast. She is an adventurous little thing and I'm curious to see how she will be on this trip.

Yay !!! closer and closer we all are getting!!!! I paid off my trip yesterday (Pop, 5 day no hopper tix and the dining package) and on 3/6 I had bought my hubs his airfare *mine is paid for by my company* Now we are just saving up some extra food and spending money...

We are headed to the Dolphin from May 18th-28th for an adults only trip. I'm very excited, but I am also a bit worried about the heat. Last September we pretty much melted our entire trip. It felt like we never stopped sweating, and I've read that the end of May is hot as well.

Is the end of May truly worse than September with the heat? I honestly can't imagine hotter weather than the humid, lifesapping days we faced last year.

I did the photo cd on our last mommy/daughter trip (I was 5months pregnant) and I wanted her to have those memories when she got older. This trip will be special for all of us too so it's worth the money.

Thank you! Her sister's classmates sang "Happy Birthday" to her when we picked her up. She was quite confused as to what was happening.

I noticed on the Theme Park board the photopass Cd and preorder are both set to increase next week. I was planning on preordering in another few weeks but went ahead and did it last night. Thought I'd post it here in case anybody missed it since we're all getting so close. I guess if you decide within 90 days you don't want the pics, you can get a refund. It's our first trip so we wanted to try it.

I have only been in march (twice) and May. May hands down was the best time to go...the march crowds made the entire place unbearable for me. It was not really that hot to be honest when we went in May - maybe we were just lucky!! But I live on the gulf, so maybe I am just used to the heat.
There are those handheld water fans, but then you have to lug it around and it spills - but it may be worth it to you!

Water. Lots of water. And those battery operated fans that mist water! I also wear a hat to shade my eyes. I don't wear shorts, so I use these methods a lot...

I love it! There's no way I could get my family to wear matching shirts. I can't figure out why since they have no problem jumping and dancing all around Walt Disney World.

I love it! There's no way I could get my family to wear matching shirts. I can't figure out why since they have no problem jumping and dancing all around Walt Disney World.

My father was against it originally, but I promised him he would get to see the logo first, and that it wouldn't be girly and pink. It's apparently bad enough that we're making him go to the Princess dinner in Epcot.
