ohh ohh I am in the 5 days also!!

I was going to start packing also but it's been in the 90's and it looks like it's going to be upper 80's when we are there next week also. I think I am going to pack more and stick w/ my "around the house shirts and shorts" till then. There is always capri's until then also.

DH needs to shop for shorts on Sat afternoon and we leave Sun am actually he asked off on Fri also just now so we car do some shopping and maybe pack the car while the kiddos are in school. This way we don't have to put it off so late (we have to wait till Fri b/c it's pay day though)

I have been waiting FOREVER but now I am slightly freaking out!

I only have a few more things to get.then pack..haven't done our loose touring plans yet ... And I have to go to Las Vegas for a work related thing 4 days this week. Not taking the laptop so will not be able to DIS until Friday night.

I always want time to go by fast but when it gets closer I want it to slow down so it's not over too fast.

Uber excited now. I got my magical express packet in the mail on Friday : ) Yippee!!!!!! Now just waiting to open the magical mailbox and get the package from the resort. Time needs to speed up now!!!!!!!!!

Well, I've been all excited (and working like crazy to get everything done before we go) and my grandson today (he's seven) says he doesn't want to go now. He thinks the drive will be too long and too boring!

Of course, he doesn't know that we have two new videos for his in-car entertainment...

I am having the same problem from my DD 3. She doesnt want to get on the airplane. Its only 90 min by plane for crying out loud!!!

We're coming to Orlando from May 9 through May 18
...dh and I are celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary
...ds is 15 and first trip
...ds is 13 and first trip

We haven't been to Orlando since our honeymoon in 1984...I can't even imagine how much it has changed!

We are exactly 1 week away! This time next week, we will be in Downtown Disney!

We are almost completely packed- have to add a few more things and the carry-ons.

We leave in 3 days and my Kids are making me regret going....If it wasnt so close to going, I would definetly cancel this trip...My kids 2,5,7,9 have done nothing but fight for the last week or so and I cant imagine being in 1 room with them all.....As much as I love Disney, I dont know how this trip is going to go!!!Im hopin the magic of Disney will helo things go smoothly...Well I guess we will see in a few more days...and an 18hour drive from NJ

Just tell your kids that if they don't behave, the Cinderella's wicked stepmother will pay them a visit

But seriously, I hope that the excitement of going to Disneyworld will make everyone want to get along. Just bring plenty of movies, coloring books, crayons, games and snacks to keep them occupied during the drive.

I would also go to the Dollar Store before you leave and buy some Disney related items. When you arrive, let the kids know that Tinkerbell will be watching them everyday and that if they behave, she will leave a gift for them every morning.

I hope that you and your family have an absolutely fabulous time!

YAY! 3 days from today I will be at WDW!!! I am so excited! For some reason I have gone overboard this trip on goodies for my kids, shirts for all of us, and outfits for my kids. We're only going 3 days but my girls have Disney clothes for at least 5 days. LOL

I bought them a ton of Disney stuff at the dollar store, etc. My favorite thing is their pillowcase surprise. When we check into the hotel I am going to go myself and leave them all in the car with Daddy. I'll run upstairs to the room when I get the key and change their pillow cases to the ones I made them with pics of the princesses and each DD on them. I bought "fairy dust" at Claires in the mall so I will sprinkle the fairy dust around the pillows and place goodies for each girl on their bed. I will tell them that Tinkerbell heard they were going to be at Disney and left them a surprise. I can't wait to see their faces.

Good luck! I was feeling the same way about my 5 year old. She was making me nuts and pushing all my buttons. She came very close to not going on the trip but she has changed her attitude/behavior in the last few days. I will be keeping her on a short leash though. (figuratively, not literally ) She knows that if she acts up in the park she'll be sitting outside the rides with one of us while the rest of us goes on the ride. That might be enough to scare her straight. I hope your kids behave for you. Enjoy your trip!
