woohoo- it's official- just paid in full!!!! Going April 30th - May 10th
staying at the Beach Club std view- and praying for an upgrade ........is it too early to start packing???

As far as I'm concerned it is never too early to start packing.

Lucky group!! We are trying to decide if we want to rent a van and make a real family trip. Or, go in two cars - we would pay for the gas for both veh.-which would save money on the rental and family sanity.

Haha! Ya'll sound like us! I was pretty much refusing to ride all the way there in one vehicle with everyone. I had already called riding with the grandparents (=extra time to suck up )!

I read how ya'll are getting snow and sleet and
I was so thrilled when a cool front passed through last night
dressed the two 2 yr olds in long sleeves and pants, went to the store, stopped a the playground to have a picnic and play. Needless to say they were both red in the face, had to change to short sleeves and I'm sun burnt. The sad thing about our weather is its still too cool at night for the pool to warm up.
Therefore, I can't wait for May & WDW can't wait to cool off in the pool.

Seriously, snow didn't last long and it is supposed to be back up to 70 by Monday No peaches on our trees again this year, stupid freezing temps! Oh well

Just paid off my trip this morning too!!! GREAT feeling!! We're going May 18-20 quick trip, but hey, it's a trip! I too am fighting the urge to start packing, I'm READY TO GO!!!

NJfamilyof6 - we're from Elberon/Long Branch (Monmouth County). How 'bout you? We're flying down so we can spend every second of our vacation in the best place in the world - even if we can't afford the airfare. Staying at BCV.

Eating breakfast at Boatwrights was a favorite tradition for us. We're really disappointed they stopped serving breakfast - just like when they closed Bonne Famille at POFQ I guess we'll have to eat at Kona or Olivia's this trip.

Have a blast and maybe we'll run into each other!

I am not actually packing yet- but I have a "staging area" in my spare bedroom with stuff we won't need between now and then- juice boxes, ponchos, a few other things.

Got me thinking about what we were going to where, came to the sad realization that everyone has a weeks worth of clothes (DS2 has a wardrobe of disney clothes), except me.
DH had to work today, DD21 wanted to spend the day wtih DS2
I was able to have lunch with an old friend :} and said what the heck
went shopping--J.C. Penney has shorts on sale and Belk has 2 for 1 on blouses and 40% off. What a day! Now I am ready to start packing!

Where in South Carolina? I have a niece in Columbia and a sister in law in Hampton County.
