Official May 2009 Thread....The wait is on!!

Looks like we won't be going in May, after all. *How dare work get in the way! *

The silver lining is that we're still going...in September. It took a bit of doing, but we were able to convert our Buy 4/Get 3 package to a new ressie utilizing the 40% off room only pin that I received in the mail a few weeks ago, and saved another $150+ in the process. Plus, we'll get a fun card, since we'll be there on my b'day!

So, have fun all you lucky May people. See you in September!

Hey! We will be at POFQ May 16-23! We have stayed at POR many times but this will be our first time at FQ. Can't wait! I love the beignets in New Orleans so that's why we chose FQ this time. Crazy reason to pick a resort, huh!
Not sure how to get to your trip thread (still learning how to use this board but I will go look!

DH and I are going May 5-13! This was originally a two week September/October Anniversary celebration but we moved it up... it is now a first time "parents-to-be" celebration! We decided May would be a lot easier than me being 8 1/2 months pregnant in the Sept./Oct. heat! We are super excited!

Congratulations!!! Your Disney trips will never be the same after baby comes! When you take your baby for the 1st time, you'll experience Disney in a whole new light...it's even more magical!!

Add me to that list.....Beach Club Villas 5/15 - 5/24. WOOO HOOOO! May is my favorite time to go. Weather is always nice and crowds manageable.

We also treated my parents to a deluxe vacation at the Beach Club hotel, with tickets and dining plan. They are traveling with us. They have never stayed at a Disney resort and are so excited.

had to twist DWs arm to get our May trip!!! We had to cancel our annual Mardi Gras trip due to hurricane Gustav damage. It is an ordeal dealing with insurance companies and contractors. I was also able to convince DW that if we got the 10 day NE tickets with our 4/3 special we could upgrade to APs for almost nothing!!!

I couldn't find your dates I will be at Pop 16th thru 24th !!There is a huge is Meet at Epcot on 17th at 3pm Beer Drinkers welcome and Bakery Fans ! Let me know your dates maybe we can ho up at Pop too !!

We have never stayed at FQ but have stayed at POR many times and loved it! Hope FQ is just as great!
