Will be traveling back in may for our third year in a row. Although we have gone at the very end of May every year we have never gone Memorial Day Weekend. 5/22-5/27. Can someone tell me what the crowds might be like. My dad mentioned something about it being crowded and now I am fearing wall to wall people. We went during Christmas time about 5 or 6 years ago and was quite possibly the most miserable thing. I just don't want it to be like that. Can anybody give me some info on maybe some past expereinces??

We went last year during Memorial Day & week after. It was busy but not Christmas busy or I would not be going back the same week this year!! We leave on the 22nd also. We have to go during this time because my oldest DS is in college & his last day is the 21st. If you get to the parks at opening & use fast passes you should be fine. We usually go back to the resort in the afternoon & then head back into the parks at night. We are trying the EMH hours at MK on Sunday night from 11:00pm-2:00 am. I'm sure my DH & sons will be up to it but not sure about me!!Have a great time.

Us to. Our flight leaves here at 7 am. We have to be at the airport by at least 5:30 am, Ill probably be getting up at about 4am But thats ok because we will be in florida by about 9 am ish, bright and early.

Yeah we plan to be up at 3 and out the door at 4 am. It's about an 8 1/2 hour drive down....who needs sleep anyway?

We too are headed out bright and early on Friday! Our flight leaves at 7:05, we should be at MCO around 9:30.

3 more days of work, at least tomorrow is PAYDAY!!! Yeah, and bless our boss, who gives us next weeks check this week! So I will be flush with cash to give to the Mouse.

Bags are packed and tagged with ME tags. Hurry up Friday, get here already!!

The wait seems to get longer not shorter...

Anyway - to make myself feel better about that wait... I officially have less than 24 days until we fly out... and 14 work days... so I guess only having to work 14 of the 24 days helps tremendously! Lots to do... am I crazy for wanting to go ahead and pack?

Almost there now that they moved my day off to thursday it will give me a whole day to get ready before having to be at the airport friday at 9pm after a whole day at work.

16 days for me I can't even begin to describe how excited I am! I booked November 22nd, and my trip is May 21st, almost 6 months exaclty....and the longest 6 months ever! haha

We leave on the 16th for POFQ (very early, like 2am early!) and don't worry about not being packed yet.

I did throw a few things in a bag that I know I won't be using in the next week and a half but other than that I haven't given much thought to packing. I think I'm going to go to the store and pick up a few things for the trip this evening.

Can't wait to check out POFQ, I've stopped in to the food court once on a boat ride to DTD from POR but I've never really explored the resort.

I know, we booked the middle of Oct. I thought May would never get here.

We are leaving friday morning!!! Bright and early at 7am, should be in orlando a little after 9am. cant wait to see the new pirate themed rooms at CBR. Weather for the week looks awesome . Sunny and hot!! Everyone going soon have a great time!!
