Yesterday was a travel day for us. Another fantastic breakfast at the hotel. The Chancery Court hotel is a fantastic facility.

We then headed to the St. Pancreas station for our trip to Paris on the Eurostar. Several of us found our way to Platform 9 3/4s at Kings Cross. Very Cool! We then rejoined the rest of the group and found some snacks for trip. But, to my surprise, I found DR PEPPER at the train station! Ahhhh, the refreshing sound of the nectar from Waco, TX fizzed in my ears. And, it was made with real sugar and Not HFS.

We then boarded the Eurstar for our 2 hourbtrain trip at speeds reaching 186mph. It was a very smooth ride and it was amazing seeing English and French country landscapes whizzing by you.

When we arrived in Paris, we were met by our Paris guide. We went on a bus tour of the city. We did quick picture stop for Eiffel Tower and then we realized that WE WERE IN FRANCE, and not in EPCOT FRANCE! We then hit Louvre, saw our friend Mona, Let Pete worship at the store of Apple, and headed on to our hotel. It is truly a fantastic hotel. A quick reception, nap time and Then a great dinner on a small private courtyard.

Hello from the Hilton Arc de Triomphe!! Gorgeous hotel and the service has been superb. In fact, the entire trip has been superb. I'm not a huge fan of Paris, but getting a chance to walk around the city with some of our group last night was something I'll never forget. We are all having an amazing time and trust me - the show we do on this trip will be epic. We all have stories!!!!

I'm not a huge fan of Paris, but getting a chance to walk around the city with some of our group last night was something I'll never forget. Went To Versailles today! Amazing Palace. It was a lot to take in. We took a gold cart tour of the gardens only to find that there were a bunch of trees. Still an amazing place with some breathtaking views. DW and I are off to go do some shopping and walking around before dinner tonight.

I hope you are having a wondeful time in Paris. I had a little flashback when I saw the words "Hilton Arc de Triomphe". I remember when my high school French teacher had us all carve out little sculpture of the Arc from Ivory soap. Good times. Have a safe and happy adventure.

Ok, just got back from hitting the Avenue des Champs-Élysées Disney Store and some random shopping. Just paid my $30 for 24 hours of internet and ready to soak up the bandwidth!

Just finished downloading my DSLR pics from today. Christy, John, Kevin, and I just got back from a fabulous dinner. It was such a unique experience. I think only Kevin can give it a proper description.

...and to cap the evening off, the cab driver drove us under the Eiffel Tower. What an amazing site at night!

Hi Folks,

I'm on a borrowed computer tonight, so I'm posting before bed.

Today was one of the perfect days in my life.

John and I did not go to Versailles. We had had enough Palaces for this trip.

Today, John surprised me with a private van and driver and we had 8 hours to do anything I wanted to do in Paris.

Completely amazing and the the PERFECT DAY.

I will share details later.

Tonight, we shared an amazing meal in a "way off the beaten" track restaurant. I cant begin to do it justice here. You will have to wait for the podcast.
