So what kind of shoes will you all be wearing on your June trips?

My dh has his sandals, no clue what brand they are.

My boys will all be wearing Teva Psyclones, we LOVE them! This will be our 3rd summer buying them, they are wonderful.

And I will be wearing my beloved Target flip flops! I was never a believer in wearing flip flops to the parks, until last August when I wasn't able to find sandals that worked for me and I had no choice but to use the ff I had been wearing all summer... Well much to my pleasant surprise, I loved wearing them in the parks! They were comfy!! So I've got a few new pairs (same brand/style) for this year.

60 Days & Counting!!!!!!! I'm running out of things to do to plan this trip.....Shoes are bought, ADR's are made, TGM is subscribed to....Anybody got any ideas to help pass the time???

Well Uncle Sam got me this year. I have NEVER had to pay in before, matter of fact I always got a refund between $1000-$2000...so I never figured this year would be any different. I ended up not getting a refund, and wouldn't you know it, I OWE. .
Anyway...of course I put off paying my vacation off this year until the deadline (wont do that again). So after doing some calculations I went ahead and called today and changed over to a value resort (ASMusic), and dropped the DDP. Were planning on paying it off this month then next month when things are not so "tight" We will add the DDP back on and may change back up to a mod or even a deluxe. Yes, I know I could just charge it...but I dont charge my vacations...I pay for everything up front and use cash or my debit card while were there. No worries vacation kinda deal.

So, there is my Disney Drama for the year...I'll still be there though so all is good!!!

DS has been dancing just like ever since he saw it. Now, anytime that he sees me on the DIS, he looks for the . It's hilarious!

Picking up the transfer paper to make our vacay tshirts today. Finally decided what to put on them. The pack of all the shirts will have "6 Princesses take on the WORLD 2008" and the front will have our fave characters and our nicknames. Can't wait to get them done. Just another way to kill time while waiting! YAY!

I am sorry about the taxes! My Dh and I owe every year! . I always wait to file until almost the deadline because I hate to pay out so much money!

Once we hit 60 days, it just seems like I have sooo much to do that I haven't done yet! yes, everything is paid for and I'm starting our touring plans and have ADRs for the places we just have to eat at so all the big stuff is covered..... But then come the little things.... I like to make matching clothes for the kids (and I'm NOT a seamstress!), start thinking about snacks/drinks for the way down, which bag will work best, finding the perfect pair of sandals, etc.... So you can come help me if you want!!!

I agree there are worst fates. I could never get stuck though DH refuses to fly he drives and DD and I fly.

We arrive in Florida June 9th to house hunt in Tampa (my dream come true, I am going to live close to wDW) and then drive to Orlando on the 13th to stay at POR until the 21st!

And my DSD gets to join us.

I knew we were going in June but until about 2 weeks ago or so, I didn't know for sure when. I finally made offical reservations! We will be at Pop June 13th and leave the 21st. We are driving from PA so we will probably start out some time on the 11th.

Any other Texas families doing any of the Grand/Magical Gathering events? We'll be there from June 7th-15th. We're going to order our GG shirts soon - The Disney Freaks from Texas. We're doing the Safari Celebration Dinner, the Epcot IllumiNation Dinner/Dessert, and the MK Fireworks voyage.
