Deb, welcome the the thread and welcome to the boards, you will find a lot of info and fun to be had here.

For all of you have asked how she is doing, and keeping us in your thoughts and prayers. Thursday night when we went to visit, she was showing off a bit, she was actually up and walking a bit :) On Monday she gets to go home for a bit. They are doing a home visit to see how she moves around at home. Both the physical therapist and the occupational therapist will go with her and my step-dad, they will let hime know what needs to be done to the house to make it liveable for Mom.

After another small stroke she had last week, she lost some of the motor motion she had gained in her upper right side, but she is slowly getting that back. Their goal is to have her go home with a walker and upgrade to a cane. She was pretty ticked at her neurologist, she was talking to him about going back to work in October, he told her no work for the forseable future. I believe she refered to him as a stupid kid (I think he is a couple of years older them me...lol and last time I checked 34 didn't make me a kid)

So looks like Mom will be going home some time in the next few weeks, which she is pretty hapy about, seeing as by now she has been in the hospital for almost a month.

Thank you again to everyone who has kept us in their thoughts and prayers

Wonderful news Cait!

We have just made reservations at BCV in a one bedroom for June 29-July 6. This will be our first visit to BCV although we have stayed at the BC once and the YC once. I am looking forward to a relaxing vacation :rotfl2: I might even take a morning off from EMH this trip!

i'm new i just registered. my husband surprised me with a 10th anniv. present last week. he had secretly been saving for years so we could take our first "real" family vacation.

i have been reading the forums all week. i think i've been on the disney website at least 50 tmes. i have to ask point blank--can someone explain how to receive the codes? i have tried to figure it out but i am lost. i apologize in advance if i am just dense.

If Disney feels the hotels are not filled enough they will release codes to help fill the empty spots. Some of these codes can be used by everyone and some of them can only be used by certain people (Fl. residents, AP holders, or military personal).

Disney usually releases these a few months in advance. Just keep an eye on sites like this one and get yourself signed up for the monthly mailing list at www.mousesavers.com.

Occationally people will recieve an email or Postcard that gives them a rate just for them. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who gets these email/postcards. The only thing you can do is put your name and addresses on every Disney website out there and pray.

thank you very much autumnbaby9. i subscribed to allears yesterday and checked out mousesavers. i will register right now. i can already tell i'm going to worry my way through this vacation. WAY TOO MANY CHOICES!!! THANKS AGAIN

Good Morning Everyone

Just wanted to let you all know that I have updated the list...looks like WL and Pop are very popular

Ok so I thinking if we want to keep this thread up on the first page, we need to start talking.

I am going to suggest a topic, and let see what we can talk about.

How about ADR's to start...anything and everything about them, most of us will be able to book in Dec....I will be able to do it while I am actually on property, but what is a must have for you and your family????

Good Topic! For our DD(8) CRT breakfast is a must! We are looking forward to trying Chef Mickey's for the first time this trip, too. And a special 15th anniversary dinner just for me and DH at Le Cellier is on tabs as well. Can't wait to make those ADR's!!! :thumbsup2
