Oh my!!! Is there NOTHING better than DOLE WHIP?! LOL
My husband will run across the park for us when my daughter and I have a craving! I wish it was available in other parts of the parks!!

I know... And she just called me again and they were in the middle of dinner at 50's PTC. Her DH made her call to thank me for "making" them go there because they LOVED it! And of course I hear the server in the background going "GET OFF THE PHONE!" Gotta love 50's PT!!!! And those Dole Whips--- I can almost taste it now!

I'm so happy that other people will be sharing the hot summer sun with us in June! We (DH, DD6, DS22mos, DMom, DDad, and me) will be staying at POFQ from June 23 - 30. I am so ready to go and celebrate because we just found out this week that my dad does not have lung cancer! Our trip had been put on hold until Thursday! We'll definitely be looking for fellow DISers, but we can't plan as much this time around with the little one! DH and I went before kids and enjoyed everything we could. This time it will be at a slower pace!

Maddie's a shih tzu-- You are correct! Everyone thinks she's a maltese because she's all white, but pure shih tzu is what she is. She's spoiled rotten! I think I made her that way though Probably doesn't help that I opened a dog clothes business and I dress her in all the clothes! She thinks she's a person and I'm not quite sure why????

(or sometimes a rottwiller! - the pool guy looks at him and says, "how ya doin, Killer?" lol) Mocha has his share of clothes, too, but he doesn't really like to wear them. My dd has decided that she wants ANOTHER one - this time a GIRL so she can play DRESS UP! (if I knew how to insert a picture, I'd send you one!)

I will make those reservations for 50's PTC... I think we will all enjoy it!

Yes, you are getting paint swatches. They are in the shape of mickey heads and the official DIS color is the "Alien Green" color. Get a bunch and bring them with you with your DIS username on them. That way when you see other DISers, you give them one and they remember who they met!

Lime Green Mickey Heads... They are what you bring to attach to your stroller, backpack, etc. It lets other DISers know who you are... There are a bunch of threads about it. They are paint samples from Home Depot in the "alien green" color. People decorate their room doors, windows, etc. in addition to tying them to their "attire" while in the parks. It's a fun way to lookout for other DISers!

Ok, Courtney - just back from Home Depot with LGMH! LOL Now -how do you attach them? lol I would think they wouldn't last the week!

I'm not "crafty", so I'm trying to figure out how to make them a fashion accessory with the least bit of effort.
(of course, I can just see my husband rolling his eyes at me!)

We waited TWO HOURS to have his picture taken with Santa this year... (it was a fundraiser, so I'm really not THAT nuts..) There was a HUGE HUGE dog - not sure what breed... and Mocha wanted to play with him! I said, "Look, Mocha - a BEAR!" and his owner replied, "Look, Pal, a SNACK!"

You can put your LGMH's on your backpack, strollers, etc. I'm going to tie a few on my backpack so they are visible... The fan's a good idea too!
If you laminate them, they are very sturdy. I don't have a laminator, but I have those sheets that you use. Heck, you could even use clear packing tape on both sides to make it more durable.

I was hoping to find someone on the boards that will be at Disney when we are there.

We are going to be at Corondato Springs Resort June 24th through June 28th. My husband is attending a conference at CSR so DD (13) and I will be on our own at the parks most of the days.

We usually make our dinner ressies ahead of time also, so we can get into our favorite places. It's tough for us this time because we don't know DH's conference schedule yet. It's hard for me because I am a hugh planner, itinerary and all.

I am getting so excited about going! We'll be POFQ from June 23 - 30, but wish it was for longer! I've still got to hit the Home Depot for my LMGH's! My DH thinks that I've totally lost my mind. As he told me today, I am not a huge Disney freak like you are, but I do like to go. I'm still working on him, but you would think that after 12 years w/ me that he'd have to be a freak as well!

We will be there in June!! Overlapping you by a couple of days, we will be there arriving 6/15 and departing 6/22. Will be staying at POR. We are then heading to the Clearwater area for a few days at a condo on the beach, you know... to unwind from our WDW vacation lol!
I checked out your wesite with all the precious outfits, I don't think my fish would appreciate being dressed up but I am thinking I may have to buy a dog so I can buy some outfits for it but seriously they are super cute!!!

I'm so glad you'll be there for a few days when we're there! Yes, your DH catches on quick--- Home Depot is the place to be to swipe the LGMHs!!!! I have mine laminated and ready to go... You need to get some so I can try to spot you. Do you know in which parks you'll be on which days?

PS- I don't think your fish would be too happy if you dressed them up either

DH, me, and our 3 kids (DD6,DD4, DS4) will be at POR 6/24-6/30. I am so excited- DH is over it and we aren't relling the kids yet or we will go insane. I can't wait. I am a planner, but I don't know how to even start. We have all ressies, so I am mostly planning rides (I know when we will be in each park, etc.)

I know MK will be most crowded but my 2 princesses are really going to need to go there as soon as we arrive (lunch ish on 6/24).

I can't wait!

Well....I finally found your thread Courtney! Here I am again stalking you. Now, enough about the dog talk. I have to go on the record saying that my dog is pretty darned cute. He's an american eskimo named Jake. Just watch out for his bad breath!

We will be at POR from June 22 to 30. We are a family of 5 (kids DS 7, DS 6, and DD 2). Here's our schedule for anyone that cares:

Sat June 23: Epcot (Le Cellier 4:10 pm)
Sun June 24: MK (Crystal Palace 11:30 am) I hope we can meet up for just a bit darling Courtney!
Mon June 25: AK
Tue June 26: BB for the boys, MK for the girls (LTT 5:55 pm)
Wed June 27: MGM (Sci-FI 11:30am)
Thu June 28: Epcot (Coral Reef 11:30 am, San Angel 5 pm)
