That is a nice long vacation! We stayed two weeks at the BWI last July and loved it. So nice to be in walking distance to Epcot.

Joining in!! We usually visit during the first two weeks of June so this will be a new experience for us. Our friends joined us last June and we had a BLAST!! We started tossing around the idea of visiting the World together again but the only time they can all be off is 4th of July week I have requested to have my ressies at Kidani Village changed to 6/29-7/7 - we are really excited about being in the World for the 4th of July So July veterans, which park do you recommend for fireworks on the 4th?

I love the Plaza too - the food is more basic but has always been very good. Sci Fi is a great experience. We want to try San Angel one of these days.

Actually a few people have told me they like the Plaza so I am excited about trying that place.

I think MK has the best 4th of July of fireworks but I think we are going to avoid that park and go to Epcot. I really want to see Mickey all dressed up in his Colonial outfit

MK gets quite crowded on July 4th, but they shoot off the same fireworks on the 3rd - so you might want to go to MK on July 3rd and either Epcot or DHS on July 4th. Epcot is the largest park, and does not feel as crowded as some of the other parks. The fireworks there are awesome. We have never done the DHS fireworks so we may try that this year.

I agree with you, tinkerbell60, I think Epcot handles big crowds better and there are lots of indoor attractions to escape the heat.

I always plan a nice dinner somewhere too - lots of choices at Epcot!

Canceling our July 2012 trip and officially moving it to June 2012. Decided to go a little earlier to be there for my Granddaughters 5th Birthday. I love going in July so hope that June won't be that much different.

June 22nd or 23rd until June 29th or 30th. We have an RCI search going for a room and it depends which check in date we can get. The search is for either Whyndham Bonnet Creek or a Disney Resort.

I can't wait to melt in the Florida heat...can't wait to hit the water parks. WHOOO HOOO!!!

We too will be staying at WBC July 28th through Aug 4th.. Trip consists of myself and my DS (17). We love Disney and have been going since he was in grade school. I have been a Dis'er since 1974 with Disneyland first and then first trip to WDW in 1976! Loved it.

Decided my DS might not want to travel with "mom" much longer so better get in a trip now to our fav. place. He did say when he turns 21 he wants to come back and do the "Beer Tour" at Epcot! I said, "gee not Vegas like many other 21 year olds" He said nope he wants to do WDW! So I guess I may get another opportunity later!

DH does not like to book until we can get decent rates both ways, because if we don't we have to drive.....yuck!
