I can NOT believe that we are almost there, people!!! We've been counting down for months and months and now we are just weeks away of our first July goers being on their way for the vacations we've been talking about for so long!!!

Today is a scary day for me because my wedding is exactly 1 month from today!!!!! Which also means, that my WDW/DCL honeymoon begins exactly 1 month from tomorrow!!!!

Other than my ME packet, I still haven't gotten my Mickey Mail.

CONGRATULATIONS!! It is going to be a fantastic time!!

I haven't gotten our Mickey Mail either. But, my TA told me that it would be sent out 2-3 weeks before our trip. So, I am not worried yet.

NO! If you asked me a month ago, I would've said I was all set but now that it's close, I realize all the little details that I have to figure out, like getting my car to the place the night before and who's going to be in charge of our mickey ears so that I can have them for the next morning when we leave, etc.

our flight is scheduled to land at 3:25pm Orlando time... so that means I'll BE THERE in 3 weeks time!!

I booked my all-important manicure & pedicure for the day before (Disney Eve!) the vacation this week... also bought a few more things from the grocery store this evening that have gone straight into the vacation packing bags! ... suncream, aftersun, shampoo, insect repellent, yay!!!

It's so cool seeing pictures of people, putting faces to nick-names!

NO! If you asked me a month ago, I would've said I was all set but now that it's close, I realize all the little details that I have to figure out, like getting my car to the place the night before and who's going to be in charge of our mickey ears so that I can have them for the next morning when we leave, etc.

Ok ok the detaills like that I don't have all set, but I know I am spending the night at my mothers house after the rehearsal dinner, so that I can get up at the butt crack of dawn and start gettint ready... 11am ceremony, but have to figure out how the bridal party is going to get there.....and who is going to greet the vendors and whatnot...gotta pick up the flowers and all that stuff, this is mostly a DIY wedding, except for the catering and the DJ (that can also be read as I am cheap) I also still have to order Aarons Mickey ears for a grroms gift.....we have the other Mickey ones for Bride and Groom, but Aaron wants a personalized set before we go..thankfully the Disney Store sells them now

It is odd, isn't it? I recently made reservations for a Grand Gathering for July 2010...well, when the reservation got to me, it had an old address from my law school days. Despite the fact that everything is up to date on my registration on Disney's website and all my trips are booked with my current address, which is what I gave to the GG person over the phone when making the reservation. It was like Disney's system found the oldest possible info that it could and decided to use that for no reason whatsoever. I made one trip to Disney in law school and somehow that address and phone number got stuck on my name at Disney...I called back and a very nice CM seemed to get that all corrected, but who knows.

Bet all my PIN codes have been going to my crappy law school apartment, lol. I never get one here!

Our PIN code that we are using came in a couple a couple of months ago to our correct address. But I wonder if all of the others went to our old address as well?!

Just make sure that you call them and reconfirm the ADR's! I am so glad that I did!

Okay. Apparently I have only had one picture of me taken at WDW! I am usually the one taking the pictures, so it's no suprise that this one is it.

Oh, and don't you love how excited my kids look! At least one of them is smiling!

My DW and I lived in Tampa for three years before moving to Texas back in August. We booked our late July/early August trip back in early March, right after they extended the times for Buy 4, 3 free. Since then, we have had to call back three times to make some adjustments, like adding PH and changing our flight info for ME. Every time I have called, I give them our current address and phone number in Texas to "confirm." And every time, they tell me that it's not the address they have on file. Instead, they have our first address in Tampa from our 2007 trip! They also have a phone number from 2006 that I don't recall ever giving to Disney! What's even funnier is that every time this happens, the CM says, "Well, let me change that in the system for you." And then the next time I call, it's back to the old address and phone number again. I am going to laugh my hindquarters off when we check in, and they ask us how the drive from Tampa was!

.. I had to amend my log-in to disneyworld.com - as a couple of years ago, I had the customized maps made up & sent to my parents vacation home in Bradenton, FL .... well - they were sent some beautiful maps.. but they were addressed to the "Barbie Family" ... coz Disney thought my name was "Disney Barbie" ...
My Dad said they were good maps tho! lol.
