Hey Tink,

When is your tea? We have tea at the Grand on Tuesday the 14th at 2:20pm. Just the ladies too. Me, DD20, DD7, MIL and DN10.

We'll be there on the 10th - we'll be on our way home on the 14th! When we were on the Magic we linked up dining, tea, and Palo with fellow DISers and had a great time with our "board" friends!

well, it will be summer. So you will need shorts/tanks/tees and ponchos. That's it. That's what I love about summer at Disney. I do not have to overpack with big bulky items.

Less than 50 days for me! I can't believe how quickly it's coming!!!

Don't forget the camera/video camera! Comfy shoes are a must! We also bring batteries with us so that we don't have to buy them in the parks (very expensive!).

Also, it depends on whether you are flying or driving.

Hi everyone!

50 days to go for me! (so that's seven weeks tomorrow )

spoke to DBF's dad today and he said that he paid the balance to Virgin Atlantic earlier this week.. so we're all paid up & good to go!
He said that he had to ring them to ask to pay the balance, no reminder was sent! lol.

probably going to do our online immigration forms this weekend too (ESTAs), one more thing to tick off the 'to do' list!

I have developed a VERY detailed packing list that has been a work in progress for 20 years. As the years go by, I add things, remove things we no longer need (i.e diapers, pack n play) put things back on that we need again (diapers, pack n play)... and once again remove the same items. If I think of new items to bring, I pencil them in on the printed list during the trip and then add them to the document when I get back. Now I'm bringing a laptop, so I can edit as I go. Its a 2-3 page word document. I can share. I just don't know where to post it. Any ideas? I don't know how or if I can post attachments to this board. Some items only apply to air travel and some only to car travel and are marked accordingly.

Hey folks,

That is my detailed list. It is actually a Word document, 3 columns and 2 pages. I removed a few items that wouldn't apply generally. I did not include my grocery list or my cooler list for the car since everyone choose different food items to buy or take. Some items apply only to car travel, air travel and some items are not needed unless you are staying in a Villa with full kitchen. I hope the list works as a starting point for your own lists.
