getting close to the 100 day mark for us early July-ers. (I'm in no way sad that I want to rush through March....)

And the last time we were at Disney it was December and we froze. It just seemed totally wrong to be wearing winter hats and mittens. Disney to me = hot sweaty sun. It was my least favorite Disney vacation.

Bring on July.

What type of weather can we expect? Have previously visited in February and April and have no idea about humidity etc.

The first time I went I was 24 w/ the woman that turned out to be my wife, 25 years later we are on our fifth trip now with children. My wife and I adopted two beautiful children(girl and boy) from Bulgaria, and since we become a family we have been 4 times and every time becomes more special.
This trip we hope to be celebrating a succesful brain surgery for my son, as well as my beautiful wife's birthday. I get so excited, even more than the kids when I plan our trip. It drives my wife crazzzy, but it all great fun.

Hope to see you all there, lets celebrate life everyday.

The first time I went I was 24 w/ the woman that turned out to be my wife, 25 years later we are on our fifth trip now with children. My wife and I adopted two beautiful children(girl and boy) from Bulgaria, and since we become a family we have been 4 times and every time becomes more special.
This trip we hope to be celebrating a succesful brain surgery for my son, as well as my beautiful wife's birthday. I get so excited, even more than the kids when I plan our trip. It drives my wife crazzzy, but it all great fun.

Hope to see you all there, lets celebrate life everyday.

drangon5jt when does your son have surgery? That sounds very scary for a parent. How old is he? I will keep him in my prayers for his health and that the surgeons hands are guided on that day.

Had that done back in the 1980. Has to be a much better procedure today. I will keep positive thoughts for a fast recovery. Keep us posted please when you are feeling up to it. Lois

I will definetly keep you posted. I'll have 4 weeks to DIS since my surgeon is telling me to take these 4 weeks off since I'm a hyper person and a teacher.

My mom had the surgery when she was my age (different though since they cut you open these days probably the one you had) and my friend had it last year and told me she definetly needed at least 3 weeks.

My mom had the surgery when she was my age (different though since they cut you open these days probably the one you had) and my friend had it last year and told me she definetly needed at least 3 weeks.

When I had it done I got a six inch incision from right below the breast bone to right above my belly button. Took a good six weeks to recover and I had two small kids at home. It hurt to set up from resting in bed. Would not want to do it again. but i have seen it done from two 1 inch incision in the belly. Much faster recovery time if they do it that way.

Remember to get plenty of rest as that will help you get your strenght back. It will be time that can be put to good use planning your WDW Vacation. Lois
