omg yesterday (2/14/08) was the
BEST DAY OF MY LIFE
soo, at school, we got to wear free dress (usually we wear uniform)
which was pretty exciting
and then, on the announcments they said
"today, is...VERITAS VACATION DAY!"
(veritas is my school motto)
which means that we got to do WHATEVER WE WANTED ALL DAY
AND NO CLASSES!!!
so basically me and my friends went and hung out outside all day
and we took some amazingly cute pictures
and then we got dismissed an hour early
so we went to my friends house to get ready for the concert
and we called the jonas brothers myspace number
and then at 530 the limo came to bring us
we got to the toyota center at about 615
and we drove right past the tour bus
we went inside and got to our seats (424 row 1)
they were actually pretty good. not amazing, but like you could still see.
and our vision wasnt like obstructed by people cuz there was nobody in front of us.
and then rooney played from like 7 to 740
and the jonas brothers came on at 8! and they were SO AMAZING!!!
i wont tell you what they did incase you want it to be a surprise
but it was the BEST CONCERT OF MY LIFE!!!!!
and i took some pretty amazing videos haha
but seriously NOTHING can compare to my day yesterday...it was perfection
there was only one little snag, behind us was these two girls like 12 years old, and their little brothers who were like 8 and could probably care less about the jonas brothers. in the middle of the concert, me and my friends were singing and dancing and clapping and swaying and everything having an amazing time, and these boys' mom taps us on the shoulder and says "excuse me but could you sit down, my boys cant see"
we were just like umm how about NO!
lol we didnt actually say that. i just looked at her and turned around and continued to jump and dance and clap.
other than that it was AMAZING.

My parents refuse to pay $400 for decent seats from Stubhub...

I payed $135 each for floor seats from Stubhub. I only needed to pay for 1 ticket though because my other friends payed for their own. But baby<3 sorry I forgot your name check like a few days before the concert the prices go way down. Last year when I saw them I bought 2 tickets for $89 each from Stubhub so keep looking! C:

when they sang hello beautiful nick was like "today is a very special holiday...this one goes out to the audience"
and then instead of singing "i hear its wonderful in california"
they sang "i hear its wonderful right here in houston"
anndddd that pretty much made us all go crazy

ahh coolness! They should've done I want a hippopotomus (sp?) for Valentine's Day. that woud've been pretty amazing.

Yeah, I'm in section 3Q. The tickets were $180 each, which isn't too bad for being so close.
