*** Official Jollywood Nights 2024 ***

I'm going December 18th. I'm coming in just for the party. Flying in Tuesday night and back out on Thursday morning. DD has a pass to go with one guest, so I just had to do this. We have a longer trip planned in January to really visit with her.

I'm really looking forward to this but still working on what to wear.
I’ll add you to the list ◡̈
I hear you on the what to wear front. I’ve gone back and forth with just how festive and fancy I can get away with bringing in my luggage lol

I thought this was helpful for those of us who have hoppers and may arrive at park earlier to do some rides and may want to reserve with multipass or LL. This calendar on Disney website shows the park hopping times, so that lets us know how late we can make ride reservations!

Good info to know. I think I’ll start in HS, maybe hop for a bit or head back to hotel then come back for party a bit before ticketed guests get let in

I’m on the both MVMCP and JN train! I’ll be at the 12/14 JN party.
Will add you to the list :)

We just decided to go for Dec 14 - 16 and bought tickets to both parties! I was at the disastrous first Jollywood Nights last year, so we're interested to see how this year's party goes.
Will add you to the list ◡̈ I’m quite hopeful this year will be an improvement from last. Learn from mistakes and all that. 🤞🏼

We have never been to a Christmas party at WDW and already have tickets to MVMCP this year. We will be there during a couple Jollywood party nights as well. For those that have been to both recently would it be worth going to Jollywood as well? We are there long enough to do all the parks, MVMCP and Jollywood so we wouldn't really be sacrificing anything else. Thanks!
I’d go for it, they have very different vibes and I like the shows at JWN

Bought tickets yesterday. Going on 12/18 with my daughter. We are doing MVMCP on 12/17 and EPCOT the 19th.
yay! I’ve added you to the list. Seems like a lot of us are doing both parties. It will be my first for both and I’m super excited ◡̈

We've booked our hotel, so I guess we're in! MVMCP 12/10 & 2 adults for JN 12/11. That's all we're doing in the parks, so it should be a fun, relaxing adults-only trip.

Is anyone doing any dining reservations before the party? We have lunch reservations at Beaches & Cream, since I've never been there before. It's also our first time staying at the Dolphin.

Our first time going to Jollywood Nights this year. We will be there on Dec 18th. We are staying at the Beach Club and having dinner at Cape May then heading over. Still trying to figure out what to wear. I'd like to be in that classy but comfortable range. :santa:

Hi everyone! Sorry for any confusion, I accidently posted the 2024 Jollywood nights thread in the wrong section and just figured nobody cared because the event is so new lol . Now that it is merged here, i will keep it updated with any and all new info as it comes out. If you would like to be added to a party list of who is going when just let me know your dates, iwill add any dates already posted
:)

as for me,
I went back and forth of if i wanted to spend the money on such a new event that started off so horribly last year (but did improve as the nights went on). With discounts that came out i switched some stuff around and ended up saving a couple hundred so i am officially going to the Dec 2 party, WOOT WOOT! Excited to plan with you all :)
We are going to Jollywood Dec 21st along with MVMCP on the 19th and 20th. It will be me, disneydad and our 3 kids. I went last year long with my almost 4 year old son.

This was one of my main gripes from last year, when they cycle the characters in and out. If you want to meet both of them, it makes it so hard to know how long you will be in line and if you will get a repeat character in that line. They used to do this at Star Wars weekends and it drove me nuts lol

Oh that sucks. Didn't see the "or" for Talespin and Three Caballeros until you pointed it out. So how am I going to fit Rescue Rangers, Powerline Max, Baloo and Louie, Jose and Panchito as well as Santa Stitch and Holidays in Hollywood in one evening?
Does anybody know how long the lines for these mentioned characters were last year?

We are going to JN on November 18 this year :groom::sunny:🎄 Party of 4.

I was waiting for the early Oct Target/TripAdvisor that saved us over $35 per ticket last year. Didn’t happen. On well. I’m going to purchase today because don’t want to risk our only feasible date selling out.

Our plan is to chill at the resort, head over to HS in the afternoon and make sure to catch the 6:30pm Fantasmic!

For your trip I’d recommend doing the Ale & Compass breakfast at Yacht Club one morning. We like to book late in the morning so we arrive with a good appetite lol. The entrees are really good. You can buy them al a cart but they are also included in the ‘Continental Enhancement’ for $25 each. Then the drinks (non-alcohol) are included plus all the item on the side buffet.

Yes, that’s how it works. I love this meal!

The buffet isn’t large but it’s perfect for us. I love to pile on the fresh fruit so I’m not just eating the rich decadent waffles (highly recommend), DH likes biscuits and gravy, and kids love pastries, yogurt and fruit.

Every entree we’ve tried has been a winner and the buffet has always been fresh. I wish we could go here more often.

Average 30 mins. Don’t go on the first or last party. Media was allowed to cut lines so taper expectations if those are the only days that work

Wardrobe question! What is everyone planning to wear? I know dressing up isn’t necessary, and there will be a good mix of dressy & casual, but I’m in the fence.

On the one hand I want head back to room. Take a lil break and be a lil fancy but on the other I’m travelling with a carryon so space is limited. For me I’m narrowing it down from what I’m already going to be wearing before the party or this dress of mine that would be easy to pack (minus the flowers 😂), and “fancy” croc slides lol. My daughter said the crocs ruin it but i dunno, I think it might be cute??? Out of these options which would you go for?

excuse my crappy crocs edit i was in a rush, the pearls on shoes are white like my ears

Normal HS outfit for the day

Or “fancy” outfit

This is what me and my 4 year old wore last year. There were people that were really glamorous and some in ordinary park clothes.
