Oh boy I hope not!!

I switched back to BC because I was able to get the discount to work and it was pretty much the same as YC, I just like how BC looks. I've never stayed at a deluxe but it's my best friend's 50th, no kids, figured we'd live it up this once!

Another thread says there is a rumor that Jan 30 is the day MK will close at 4:30 for Cast Appreciation Party.

That’s about when it usually is. I was hoping it would be during my visit (11-25) but I knew it wouldn’t be. Will be one of the least crowded days of the year

Yay! I hope the rumor is true. We went this day in 2023, and it was amazing!! Practically no wait for most rides!!!

We are staying WL CL Jan 1-7! First time CL. Rather excited
ETA: We were at BRV, with dining plan. But pricing it out for our family it made more sense to move to CL and drop the dining plan when a CL room became available.

We are staying at WL Jan 26-29, then the AofA 29-Feb 2. First time at both resorts!!! Soooo excited!! First time visit for my adult kids and grandkids.

While I not-so-patiently wait for Disney to announce the skyliner refurbishment dates ... does anyone have any advice on if I should switch resorts if the skyliner is closed for my stay?

We are currently booked at CBR in a 5th sleeper. Two adults and two kids (7 and 9) but wanted the 5th sleeper for more options in sleeping arrangements. We have a pretty good discount at the moment (the room discount is minimal, but lets us put the Canadian resident tickets as part of the package, and that's a big savings.)

We stayed at POFQ two years ago and really liked it except for the limited dining options.

I could switch to a POR 5th sleeper for about the same price, or CSR standard room for a bit of a savings. POFQ is not available with a discount, so it would be quite a bit more.

I think I would prefer CBR over Riverside even without the skyliner - to try something new, plus more dining options at CBR. But should I consider CSR? Or any other options in a similar price range I might be overlooking?

We’ll be there the 11th through the 25th too!! Also our first time at Festival of the Arts! Staying 12-25th at BRV, haven’t booked the 11th yet but thinking Poly. Originally booked just 12-25th but discovered it’s a lot cheaper to fly down on the 11th instead of the 12th so Disney logic kicked in and we’re adding a day at an expensive resort that will pretty much negate the savings of flying out a day earlier lol
