*********OFFICIAL January 2015 Thread - COME CHECK IN!!! ***************

It's in the section with my credit card info that they are asking for a zip code....
Maybe try the different (Anaheim) zip code anyway? It's worth a try.
Perhaps ordering formats has changed recently? I know that many Canadians have used an American zip code without issue.

I'm sitting outside of ToT waiting for my husband and daughter. It's chilly, but not too bad. The park hasn't seemed terribly crowded. We're having a great time!

Hi! We will be heading to DLR in January 2016, so I'm very excited to read about all of your experiences this year. So, report back! :)
A question- I notice tons of rides and shows are down. I understand it's off-season and its needed. But is it so excessive this year because of the anniversary? Also, are the night works always closed on the weekends too? We're trying to plan at least one weekend day there to catch some of that. I know none of this is officially available until the month before, but I thought some of you might have experience with repeat January visits. So excited for our first disneyland visit!

Awesome! May your trip be sprinkled with magic and pixie dust!!! :wizard:

Got a call from Big Thunder BBQ ranch tonight to cancel my reservation - the restaurant will be closed Monday - Friday during January and February  was really hoping to try this restaurant - need to figure out where to eat on our first night in the park now :sad1:

My wife and I will be there this weekend (1/10-1/11). My first visit to DLR! I can't wait! I hope it's not too crowded...

Nnnooooo!!! I was just working on convincing my husband we need to eat here! Our visit only include Tuesday - Friday. ARGH!!!

Not sure if it's been mentioned in your January thread or not. But I just thought I'd give people a heads up that starting January 19th, the castle is going to be covered in a tarp. It will be under until March 3rd.

I heard - I don't remember where, that the entire section of Critter Country, including all shops and restaurants was going to be closed for quite a while in January...I'm gonna go look and see if I can find the source now.

All of Critter Country will be closed. As well as Condor Flats in California Adventure.

One of the calendars lists Sleeping Beauty Castle being closed. So some people in our February thread called about it and were told the castle will be closed and covered with a tarp.

Just looked at the updates refurb list, I thought Luigis Flying Tires was already closed possibly for good, the new list has it closing in Feb till the end of 2015. Does anyone know if it is open currently?

That just sounds UGLY! Thanks for the update though.
I was planning on a visit in January but, seeing how they're going to be so many closures am thinking forget about it.
