Patiently waiting for New Fantasyland and Test Track to fully open next week so that I can start gauging what kind of wait times and fastpass distrubution times they will have so I can start figuring out our touring plans!

I am hoping Josh gets to make a post on this before our trip in January.

We are usually June vacationers... but my son has 5 days off of school and I think we are going to throw ourselves into an impromptu trip!!!
I'm scared!

Never been in January before! Is it cold? Are the hours really short? Will it be impossible to get ADRS this late?

We went last January! It was around 70 in the middle of the day, 50 in the morning and at night. Not too bad, definitely needed a sweatshirt earlier and later on.

The hours are somewhat shorter than other times, but in our experience the lack of crowds made it so we did everything we wanted to do multiple times before park closing.

There are plenty of ADRs still available. Maybe not the best times or most popular locations, but I've still been making mine for Jan 3-10 now!

We booked a package so we got our ME tickets on Saturday and today we got a packet with luggage tags, hotel info and vouchers for DisneyQuest, mini golf, etc. From what I can tell, that's pretty standard.

Been MIA for a while. Our trip has changed quite a bit! Originally we were staying at POP, however due to some financial stuff with my college aged son, we have changed up everything. We are now staying offsite from January 12 - 19th. I am just thrilled that we are still going!

I am happy to annouce, that we received the 2013 vacation planning DVD in the mail today. I can't wait to watch it with my family this week. It will add to our excitement of our upcoming January trip.

I got my vouchers and luggage tags and my ME tickets (At least I THINK I got my ME tickets!!) all in one mailing yesterday - WAHOOoooo! Is there anything else I need to look for?

I am SO happy about the Disney Quest vouchers. Our flight arrives early the day on Jan. 5 and we aren't planning to visit the parks until Jan. 6. I was thinking we'd kill the first day in the resort and downtown Disney, and now we have free vouchers to get into Disney Quest which my DS (5) will absolutely love. I had thought about going anyway, but now I don't have to pay extra for it!

I need to get onto the website to link my flight information with the ME, but the Disney systems have been down since yesterday. That's a little annoying but I am so excited I will forgive them....
