3 weeks from today I will putting the final items in our suitcases for our 3 pm flight. Going to try and finalize touring plans this weekend. So excited.

In one week we will be on the road, probably getting to Washington DC right about now. It seems so unreal that we begin our trip in seven days!

Also looking forward to our trip to Daytona on Thursday (or DayTONY to the Tony Stewart fans such as myself). I'm so nervous and excited about meeting Tony Stewart. He's the biggest racing star I have met (it had previously been Helio Castroneves).

I met Bobby Allison back in the 80's when he drove for Miller (my dad worked for them). And my high school band marched in the WDW, MK parade. On the way down we stopped at Daytona & actually got to ride around the track in the busses!!!!! So fun!!!!!

Heading to the airport now! We won't get there until tomorrow morning since we are flying from San Francisco with a 3 hour layover in Los Angeles but the excitement is building! Can't wait to finally be on our honeymoon. Now I just hope I didn't forget anything.

Did anyone get the on-line check in to work? I keep getting the page is busy error...and of course it can't find any of my reservations...UGH. I know they are there (or at least hope so)...

I did my online check-in on my IPad and it worked fine, but my inlaws had tons of issues doing theirs. The system is a mess right now

Thanks ... I'll try my iPad...tried previously on my desktop...hopefully, that's it.

The new system still can't find my reservation.

So slow, and annoying!!!

I've never done on-line check in. Is there any advantage? Do you get your room assignment then?

Just plugging my own TR -- I finally got it started. If you would like to join in, please do. It's not a super chatty TR but I'll take you along as we go on the AutTrain, stay at AoA-Lion King, go on the Disney DREAM 3 night cruise to Bahamas and stay at BLT before returning to Virginia.

Also, if you have a January TR, please let me know. I love to hear how other trips went, too.

Yea, I know we will be exhausted by the time we get there, so we don't have any real plans for the first day, just going to check out Downtown Disney and hopefully get to check in early. We've been looking forward to this for a long time, we will actually celebrate our 3 month wedding anniversary while we are there. Just made it to LAX and realized I forgot my R2D2 Mickey ears with our wedding date stitched on them. So sad. Hopefully I can find another pair there.
