Depending on how your build up progression went and your race effort you may start to feel the effects at mile 11, but it's only two more miles.
As a frame of reference there is are a few full marathon programs that cap the long run at 16 miles.![]()
Yay! I should add my 15K will be in Central Park, which has HILLS! I'm figuring Cat Hill for the second time at Mile 8 will be a good measure/practice for the hill at that cloverleaf.
I hope so anyway.


I'll be walking the 5K with my sister on Friday and then doing the Half on Saturday. (Are you in Front Runners by chance? I know there are several FRNYers (me included) hitting the World.)
