I was at the Dr. with my daughter recently. She is an avid swimmer(indoor all winter..and lifequards the summer.) She is also a runner..only she hurt her knee recently(that's why we were at the Dr.) She is at the gym almost daily. She probably weighs 5 -10 lbs more that the weight chart says she should. You would NEVER know that to look at her. She is thin.(reminds me of the old days..but that's another story!
) It's muscle..I mean her legs are rocks. You can see defined claves..and she does run 5K's and mini marathons. She's very active. There is no way that she needs to loose a single pound...let alone 10. Eats very healthy(Is she part of our family..??) Dr. said the same thing, she has muscle and that weighs more than fat.
