You can go to www.freeshippingday.com to see the retailers who will be joining in on this.. there are over 1000.. The only possible catch is that the retailer may set a limit on the offer for free shipping such as you have to spend $50, etc.. The offers will be listed at 12 am on the 17th..

I was going to order something from Victoria's Secret. Does anyone remember what their restrictions were last year? (Must spend $100?? etc.)

This would have been lovely to know earlier today-- I dropped at least $20 in shipping this morning! I'll probably still be ordering stuff on the 17th anyway, though, haha.
