Very excited to be heading to Disney from Feb 25 to Mar 1 with my wife and 10-year-old daughter! Rented
DVC points for Animal Kingdom - Jambo (savannah view, studio). Crowds looks to be pretty moderate based on crowd calendars.
Hitting one park per day for the 4 days, agenda is as follows (used Easy WDW to strategically pick our park order):
Thursday 2/26: Epcot (ADR at Rose and Crown Pub)
Friday 2/27: MK (ADR at Crystal Palace for breakfast, Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch)
Saturday 2/28: AK (ADR at Boma for dinner)
Sunday 3/1: DHS (ADR at Mama Melrose for dinner)
I'm also one of those obsessive planners and have plotted out the touring order at each park. Here's a sample of our first early afternoon at Epcot:
1. Ride Living with the Land: 11:25am 11:55am
2. Ride Soarin with FastPass+: 12:00pm 12:15pm (get a 11:30am to 12:30pm Fastpass)
3. Ride Turtle Time w/Crush with FastPass+: 12:25pm 12:45pm (get a 12:30pm to 1:30pm Fastpass)
4. Ride Sum of All Thrills: 12:50pm 1:15pm
5. Ride Mission Space: Green (non-spinning) with Fastpass+: 1:20pm 1:40pm (get a 1:30pm to 2:30pm Fastpass)
6. Lunch from 1:45pm to 2:30pm at a quick service place
6. Ride The Seas with Nemo: 2:35pm 2:55pm
7. Ride Journey Into Imagination with Figment: 3:00pm 3:15pm
I think doing the planning (with the excrutiating detail) helps to keep me excited about the trip while waiting for the milestones to hit (60 day mark for Fastpass, etc.)
Look forward to hearing everyone else's plans for their February trip! Always get great ideas from the discussion forums (it's how we found out about DVC rentals...)
