Well I totally changed my reservation. I really wanted the dining plan, but couldn't swing it staying at POFQ, so I switched to a Little Mermaid room at AoA. I don't know if Disney ever offers free dining for my dates in Feb, but if they do I will switch back to POFQ. I'll be happy at AoA if they don't.

I'm a newbie.

We are booked for 2/24-3/01 at Coronado Springs. Myself, DH, DD4, my brother and his wife, my parents. Should be an interesting trip in the least--I don't think we've all spent that much time together in 20 years!

DD4 is princess-obsessed. I was bummed that CRT is closed while we are there but I was able to snag a Akershus lunch. I tried for BOG dinner but those were all gone immediately. I'm still hoping I can get a FP for lunch there though...

And in December I'll be online at midnight on the dot to try and get Anna and Elsa!

We almost booked the same exact stay - first trip too! (We ended up going with Bonnet Creek to save money). Excited for you!

Also, for the poster above - don't give up on the BOG dinner res. I snagged one well after my 180 days - I kept looking and it just popped up last week.

So excited. Discovered a BWV studio available the week of my birthday! Snagged it over the weekend and obtained R/T airfare for a great price. Going solo this trip, my children have a all gone onto adulthood and it is no longer so much fun to go with mom! I can't wait to visit my favorite place in the world on my birthday! Had to be a sign right? ;-).

This is a thread I NEVER expected to be joining in on. My DM and I just decided today that we are doing a mother daughter trip 2/7-2/10.

DM hasn't been in over 5 years so she is super excited to see all of the changes. I have no idea where we will be staying but it will be a value due to tight budget reasons. I even scored an ADR at Cali Grill for arrival night at 9pm and Wishes is set for 10pm. I feel the magic already.

Looking at Feb 22 till March 3. Nothing booked yet. Waiting for discounts. Planning for 7 & really want the dinning plan. I forget what the play, stay & dine discount was like for last year. Maybe a room discount would be a better deal. Fingers crossed it all works out. I need a Disney fix & so do my kids!

Really hoping they put out discounts ASAP in October, and keeping fingers crossed for a really great discount!!! We've stayed a POP for 1 night before, and it was very nice, however, it was a night before we officially checked in at the resort we would be staying at during our main trip, so we didn't have park tickets for the 1 day that we were at POP or anything, all that to say, anybody know how the buses are at POP? I have a bad feeling that they are going to be worse than what we are used to, but our budget is tighter on this trip than on the previous ones, and POP was really quite nice when we tried it out for that one day, so we decided to book a value resort.

We stayed there in 2008 and the bus service was great! Better than our stay at CBR (2010) & ASMovies(2013). I hope this helps.

Joining in!

We went last year and will do basically the same trip this year.

February 4 - 6 - Grand Floridian - DH, Me, DD8, DD5, and DS1
February 6 - 11 - ??? - same cast of characters plus my Mom will join us.

I have to attend a class at the GF so work pays for that part of my trip. Yeah! The only trade off is I spend all day in class for the first 3 days while DH and the kids get to play in the parks.

Just read the entire thread so I'm all caught up.

1. I can't find the Diser's February FB page. Is it still active? I did join the non-Dis one.

2. We were there Feb 5 - 12, 2014. It was cold and rainy/drizzling the 5 - 7. We couldn't go swimming those days. It was cool in the morning and warm during the day the rest of the trip and we did swim. (We are from Alabama so 60 is cold to us.)

3. Whoever found the 20% rate, could you please send me that information also?

4. Last year for my dates, Disney offered room only discount rates or Stay, Play, & Dine rates (meal plan & tickets for kid prices). They also had some new promotion name but it was the same thing as SPD.

How is everyone finding the countdown! I can't help but look at my countdowns everyday...Maybe if I wish hard enough tomorrow it will say only 1 day to go

I'm jumping in with the Feb people !!
Don't have my plans made yet .. UGH ... trying to decide between Jan 23-31 or Jan 30 - Feb 7. Leaning toward Jan 30-Feb 7th.
We usually travel with a group of 8-16 but this time, it's just going to be myself and DDs (both 11).
I usually have everything booked at least 9 months in advance and get up at the crack of dawn on the 180 mark for ADRs... but this time, I'm falling behind!
Just found a pretty good deal on r/t flights ... just talked to the travel agent and she said I better jump on it NOW...
so hopefully within the next week or two I will be "officially" on the Feb 2015 list !!

I'm hoping that with being only 3 of us that we will still be able to get some of the ADRs that we hope for. I'm used to making ADRs for 16 !
We will be staying at POP ...
