*Official* DWTS 2012 Thread

How many votes do we get tonight? I want to make sure that my household uses every vote possible. :thumbsup2

I am looking forward to seeing what J.R. and Karina are doing.

Is there anyone willing to post a live play-by-play?? I'm in Patriots country and they're playing Monday Night Football, so DWTS is not being shown here until 1:30am!!!!

I definitely want to vote, so I'd appreciate hearing how the final dancers are doing so that I can vote during my time zone.

Thanks in advance :)

I liked Ricki's cha-cha. She does so great when she relaxes and stops obsessing about her body, poor girl. However, it didn't blow me away. I think it's harder for the female celebrities as opposed to the males. They have more of an uphill battle since typically, everyone watches the girl dancing rather than the guy.

Plus they do all the dancing backwards! :headache:

Derek & Rikki:

All 9's = 27

*** Voting is for an HOUR, not a half hour as I previously said. (Going to correct that now.)

Rob & Cheryl:

Nice waltz. Bruno did well in his tutoring. Rob has gained a lot of confidence over the weeks. :thumbsup2

I did notice Cheryl leading during the spins.

I liked Ricki's cha-cha. I LOVED her dress. Her legs did not look as big as they usually do. I think it was worth a 27.

Didn't like Rob's dance, but Len cracked me up: "You had more rise and fall than Pam Anderson jogging."

so far, I am kinda under-whelmed, but that is no surprise to me with Rob. That waltz just did not scream "in the finals" to me. Maybe they are all going to go the conservative route knowing they have the Freestyles.

I sometimes wonder if I am watching the same thing the judges are watching. I thought Rob's dance was awful, for me there was no flow. He missed a lot of steps. All 9's , what a joke. :scared1: That dance was in no way comparable to Rikki's.

Oh come on! Seriously? 9's? so that's how this is going to go down, eh?

Did J.R. do half as many steps as he should have? I could have sworn that Karina was prancing around doing 3 steps to every one J.R. did. :confused3 J.R. shook his booty a lot, but I saw a lot of standing in place while Karina pranced around.

Even Len said they didn't enough partner dancing together. I wonder if it's because J.R. injured foot?

Ack! What is going on tonight? JR's dance was so blah for me. I agree with the judge's comments too.

Carrie Ann: 8
Len: 7
Bruno: 9(?)

Total = 24
