Last Two:

Kristen & Mark
Hope & Maks

Going Home:
Kristen & Mark

I had a feeling Kristen would be kicking rocks. Her Beyonce routine was stiff.

Can't say I will miss her. I never had any strong feelings for her, she was just kind of blah

I agree. Plus, I'm not a huge Mark B. fan so I won't particularly miss him either.

Yes, I think was the deciding factor for people. I can't stand Mark, so I wouldn't vote for him. :p

Maks, I'd probably vote for him as long as I could, (like till the final 4-ish, unless they really sucked, ) just to see him dance.

My thoughts exactly. Not to mention she did not have as emotional a story as the others for her dance this week. Not sure that it had a whole lot ot do with how people voted, but I did notice it.

I actually think that had a lot to do with it.

You are watching and you get all wrapped up in stories like JR's or Chaz's or Nancy's (still don't like the woman, but if you are a mom you can't help but get all emotional about those tiny babies), and then its her turn. She says something random like "I graduated high school and I came to Hollywood and had to decide whether to continue to go to school or become an actress.." and you are like ummmmmm... rest of story please??

I think when it came time to vote, that lack of emotional connection, plus the fact that her fan base was pretty small, did her in.

And I *LIKE* Mark. So that makes me sad. But oh well.

I do NOT like Mary J Blige - can we please stop inviting her back year after year after year???

I have had enough of Mark too.
Did anyone else notice he looked mad when they were standing there waiting the decision to be announced. Maks was smiling and hugging Hope and Mark was sort of fidgeting around with his hands in his pockets behind Kristen.

anyway, I like Maks too, I want him to stay longer, hopefully he can get Hope to dance better so we can justify keeping him:banana:

I wasn't surprised about last night. I can't believe Len said he thought those 2 couples would be vying for the trophy. Seriously??? Kristen was on of the weaker dancers althought there are a few weaker that she was but.....

I was finally able to watch some of the earlier dances last night. What a big improvement for Carson! I do have to admit that if Anna continues to work with him so HE improves then I might be able to let go my Anna hate just a little. Then again, I think Carson is so theatrical and wonderful that he calls every iota of attention to himself and not a single little bit to Anna :lmao:.

Well, I think the pros DO get mad when they have dancers with more potential, and they go home before they should.

As much as you may LIKE a guy like Chaz, or be entertained by someone like Carson, its quite obvious that they don't have the technical ability or the athletic potential to go deep into the competition. The pros are athletes and this is their job and I think it is very frustrating for them to see people who might have the potential to do well leave early just because someone has a bigger fan base or a more polarizing media "grab". Kinda like when someone like Master P stayed on sooooo long and so many other obviously better dancers had to leave. It must be frustrating for the pros.

Too bad. He rode that same gravy train with Bristol.

Is it just me or does it seem like Karina has mellowed out in her Diva attitude these last two seasons. She seemed to push Ralph to the front last season and it seems like she is doing the same with JR this season. She's making the dances be about them, not her.

When they showed the confessional interview last night of JR, she seemed to be truely moved by the dance that they had just put out there.

I still think Anna has the it's about me 'tude, but with Carson, she is dealing with a personality that is bigger than life and she just can't out do that without making it very obvious that the dance is about her strenghts and not Carsons.

Not saying he didn't - and that annoyed me too.

Heck, I wanted that fool gone before the first episode even aired!! :sad2:

exactly.

and plus everyone knows the deal when they sign on for this show.
If they want it to be strictly about dancing then don't let america vote:rotfl2:

Totally agree here. Her "hard knock life" story was lame. It was actually pretty pathetic sounding compared to REAL stories of hardship like JR's, Nancy's and Chyna's. I personally don't care for Kristin anyway.

I have had enough of Mark too.

I know! Mark was all in a huff on stage. His face was very tense with barely concealed anger. Ugh, I haven't liked him for several seasons now. He wants to be Derek I think and he's, well, no Derek! Derek's choreography is superior to his and it shows. He's so much better with his celebrity too.

Ugh, Anna. Every season my dislike of her grows a bit more! But with Carson, his personality is sooo much more flamboyant than hers. Probably a first for her! You're right, she is used to being the driving force in the dances but she can't with him!

Agreed. Karina has definitely mellowed alot. I really enjoy watching her now and Monday night I cried like a baby while she danced with JR. I couldn't help it, the dance was so emotionally charged and poignant.

Completely agree with you about Anna too. This might be the most perfect partner for her ever!

exactly.

Wouldn't that be a novel idea! Voting that is strictly limited to the judges. Then it wouldn't be a lame popularity contest where the suckiest dancer is kept far too long because they have more fans. :sad2:

I am not sticking up for Mark per se, or any of the other pros, but its only human nature to be frustrated when you know you have been given a raw deal and its out of your control to change that outcome, even if you have done your best.

America shouldn't vote, on any judged TV contest show. America's taste, in general, sucks.
