Well, I mean, the customized cake is customized, so you can have it be as big or small as you want and it can look like whatever you want... The package comes with a cake that looks like the ones in this photo:

They're both made by the same place, if that's what you mean.

Can you just order any of these cake for cindy's castle?

Does anyone have any idea how the cake line may handle special diet cakes? My friend is allergic to eggs (I can't remember if cakes are okay because some things with eggs he can have based on temp and bake time) and he has never had a great dessert experience at Disney. He told me since his diagnoses he always gets offered fruit and nothing else. I want to get him and his partner a cake for their 10th anniversary celebration we are having at Be Our Guest but I don't know if they would be able to do basically a vegan cake.

Hello! I could use some ideas for a surprise at the Grand Floridian, and am looking for something different. The person being surprised has seen the Cinderella slipper, the white chocolate figures and of course CAKE on a different trip. Any ideas of something feminine but different?

You know what, I take that back... I just saw on the newest Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings Escape Collection planning kit that they're offering "yellow cake" as one of the flavors. Now this could be a typo, because a lot of people use the term interchangeably with vanilla cake, but it could also be that enough people requested it that they are now offering it. And Escape cakes can be made by BoardWalk Bakery or the Grand Floridian, so at least those two places may be able to help you!

My son's first birthday will fall when we are actually in disney. What cake would you recommend for a 1st birthday he loves mickey mouse?

Our adrs that day are at Crystal Palace morning

Liberty Tree Tavern Lunch

and Narcoosees for Dinner.

I was thinking about doing two smaller cakes one at breakfast one at dinner any suggestions are appreciated. I would rather do smaller cakes I guess since we are doing possibly two

I would suggest a Mickey themed mini cake which I believe MK cakes can do. You could email them and leave it mostly up to them or send them some inspiration photos like these:


I would ask for the first one without the Mickey ears as I've heard they are expensive and the second as a two tier mini cake

DD's 2nd birthday is during our next disney trip in august. Staying at AoA and there will be 4 adults and of course... our soon to be 2 year old. Hubby wants to do a "fancy" cake for her birthday and have it sent to our room. This is where i'm lost. I found the number to call... but he wants a minnie mouse type cake.. and has put me in charge to find info... lol I'm overwhelmed looking at all these post and i know he'd LOVe see some photos of possible ideas for cakes and pricings.... They do, I had one done in September. It was frosted in "Frozen blue" with white candy snowflakes. Mine was done by the CR bakery.

When did this change? I have ordered several times and thought she made the cakes. I was also told this by 1900 Park Fare.

Thinking of doing a surprise mini cake to be delivered to our room at the pop on our September trip. Has anyone had a good experience with being ordered and delivered there? Last year I did a cake at the Carribean but it was not what I really wanted. Thinking of something Halloween related.
